    I think the product is easy to use & one doesn’t have to wait long for coffee. However, the older type, perk coffee pot, worked for several years. The Keurig coffee machines I’ve had seem to last 2-3 years, then Some problems start. Noises, the fill of coffee amounts isn’t right etc.

    After my more expensive Kuerigs life ended I purchased this. No bells or whistles but it gets the job done, cheaply made so I dont know how long it will last,....fingers crossed!
