I like having the water reservoir and find that once the machine is warmed up it brews fast, repeatedly. I don't like the fact that the serving size is so small. There are three options ranging from small to large. It takes two small brews to fill up my coffee cup.

Best Buy always takes good care of me. I also ordered another item that was not correct. They didn't give me any problem. The took the other item back with no argument and this one was perfect.

We had the previous generation of this model Keurig and absolutely loved it, until the water lines stated getting clogged from our hard water. I was surprised with this generation that it is much louder when moving the water from the tank to the heater – it is not quiet.

I bought the keurig and bought a ton of different flavors of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate and now when my family comes over, they can have a variety of options to choose from!

I own a larger and fancy unit. I bought this for my daughter and son who don’t drink a lot of coffee/tea. They like mine and they are really enjoying this basic unit. Easy to operate and care for.

I have been looking at this model (Blue) for a long time, but when I saw this price I bought it instantly, even though my current Keurig works just fine.

and you can use it with all types of less expensive brands/ or more expensive brands for that matter. PLUS THE PRICE AT BEST BUY WAS THE BEST IN THE UNIVERSE!!! nuff said???

Easy to use and great for a cup of coffee in the morning

This machine has saved me from falling asleep a lot of days. It’s quick method of making coffee can satisfy both self and the whole office!

Our daily morning partner! Great product as we did not expect it to last more than two years. If you change the water filter once or twice a year (cost $2) then it keeps working without any trouble.

This is our second unit, the first lasting 13 years. Have been buying the Kcups at a great BB sale price. Now this is the lowest price I found on the coffee maker

I've found that a simple coffee maker is so much more reliable than those that have fancy electronic features and sensors. This is a fantastic machine and will not give you the headaches that others will.

I love the ease and convince of the single cup feature.

I recently moved and my coffee pot has yet to be unearthed from the mounds of boxes. My new Keurig saved the day. I love the selection of three cup sizes and the machine heats up very quickly. It also holds plenty of water for refills. My only wish would be for hotter coffee but other that I'm happy.

I really like the fact that I can do a single cup. However this maker says that you can do 3 different size cups. On mine it doesn't matter what size cup I choose they all give me the same amount of coffee...so I just do it twice to get my large cup of coffee. Other than that...It works just fine.

comes without a filter but makes good coffee anyway

Had a fancier Keurig with craft for larger amounts of brewing. Did not work well. Much trouble with electronics & reading pods. This one does not read pots & works excellent.

This product does exactly what it is supposed to do. I have used it at least once a day since it was purchased. I love the little things you can adjust to your taste. Great product for an even better price.
