It works great and heats up really fast so I don't need to wait long. I got the filter with it and it was very easy to install.

Going from a Bunn to this was a concern but I don't drink as much as I used to so the Bunn was excessive. This is perfect.

It’s very easy to use and you really get a HOT cup of coffee unlike other brands!!

That was great to get us started with trying different coffee types. Found this one at a great price through slickdeals.net and pounced on the deal right away. This thing is great especially when hosting gatherings. we were able to serve up 8 cups of coffee in about 5 minutes.

It has power off mode to save energy but heats up quickly when power turned on.
