It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles but it does the job. Very convenient to use pod to make coffee every morning. No more mess using loose coffee ground. One pod and press go and you are done. Still using this one since purchase.

It's simple to use. We purchased the reusable filter as well to use bag coffee. Overall, it was a good purchase.

So far that's working and it makes a great cup of coffee. Much less to clean than with a coffee pot.

It’s pretty quiet until the end when it’s done brewing and it spurts out its last gasp. It brews very fast.

Posted .Hi! The use of the water filter is recommended but not necessary. We advice using bottled or filtered water in your Keurig brewer. Coffee and tea are over 98% water so quality drinking water is necessary for a good coffee, tea or iced beverage. Never use softened water because sodium ions in softened water form a gelatinous mass around the coffee grounds and tea leaves, slowing down the extraction process and causing over-extraction.
