Been looking for a Keurig/Coffee maker for several years, but none had great reviews until I saw this one. Everything works fantastic with no issues. We did purchase the Water Filter, Gold Filter, and Refill Pods which all work with no issues. I have 2 small concerns, one being that the Coffee is not very hot (my opinion) when making a pot of Coffee, however the Keurig side is hotter. The second item is that it doesn’t come with a Water Filter or any starter paper filters, so make sure you purchase some prior to getting this. Other than these 2 concerns, we love it and purchased another for a Christmas gift.

This machine is very easy to use and does a great job making the coffee quickly and flavorfully. It’s really nice to have the ability to either make a pot of coffee or a single cup. The size is also perfect. Not too big...

I love this coffee maker!! I the weekend I use the carafe, love that the pot stays hot for hot coffee. I love the convenience of using cup when in a rush. Very easy to use. Easy to clean also.

Easy to use.. The timer is great, wake up to a fresh pot of coffee. Very convenient for us running out the house in the morning. Easy to clean.. And the K Cup option, what more can I say..

I dare you to find a more convenient device! My eight-year-old Keurig was no longer functioning and I still had quite a few cans of coffee to go through, so I needed something that combined the capabilities of a traditional coffee maker and the convenience of the Keurig. So I found this and so far, so good, after a month of use (and I am profoundly addicted to coffee). I program the traditional coffee maker side when I know I need the coffee the next morning, and when I need just a cup or two, I have the Keurig side to tide me over (or tea if I so desire). The real test, of course, is the longevity one, but as it stands so far, I am very impressed.

Absolutely love this duo...the pods section is great for quick on the go mornings or weekends and the larger pot is great for brewing for a crowd or making a large batch of iced coffee

I love having options, and with this model I have options. Coffee is great in both carafe and single cup. Easy to clean and fill without moving the machine from under my cabinet.

Good multi use coffee maker. My last dual use by another maker had the k cup dispenser break. So I knew Keurig would produce a k-cup that would hold up. Just was not sure about the coffee pot side. Flat filters are more likely to overflow than cone. This maker has the flat filter and will spill over if you fill with coffee to top or pull pot while making for more than the 20 seconds as directed. Buttons on top take a minute to get used to but really like the idea of selecting amount of cups to be made on pot side. Cups and ounces for single cup serving.

Got thia for my Dad for christmas and both my parents absolutely love it. Some of its best features is the large water resivior and the diffrent aizing options. I was hesitant at fjrst to buy because my dad had issues using a different style keurig years ago but he loves how easy it is to use and that the buttona walk him through how to operate. They loved it so much i just ordered another one to replace the current coffee pot.

Have not used too much as household is mainly tea drinkers. Chose this model as gives the option of making single cup or whole carafe. In the past making a whole carafe usually meant most was wasted if only two cups of coffee were used. Have only used the single cup option and the only comment is that the coffee could be hotter. Have ended up briefly putting the cup in the microwave to get a slightly hotter cup of coffee. Unit looks very nice on the countertop in our newly remodeled kitchen.

I love my new coffee maker. This is my first Keurig product and so far I have been very impressed. It is simple to use and looks great on my counter. My coffee even tastes better.

Love this Keurig! We use pods during the week and make pots of coffee on the weekend. So convenient to use one machine for both.

Great replacement for my older Keurig machine. Works great and gives versatility. Only issue is my reusable filter does not work with this machine. Got a different one and works fine now.

The design fit better as it was more compact and not bulky. For easy to use. I like that u have option to use or not to use the water filter. Coffee tastes great. I would recommend this product

We have used keurig for years and hated the display it always went bad. This display is simple, easy to clean and fill, can change brew easily and make multi cups quickly. Would recommend this model

I like the ability to make a pot or single cup. 6 cup minimum when making a pot. Won't do 4 cups. It is really noisy when heating the water. But it makes good coffee and looks good.

Whether you want to brew a whole pot or on cup this does both. The timer lets you decide in advance what time you want morning cup of coffee. Easy to use and works great.

We bought this coming from a Keurig K-Cafe machine previously. I prefer this machine over every iteration of Keurig we've used before. The space under the kpod dispenser is actually taller. It will fit a full 30oz yeti underneath without any wedging, as long as you remove the coffee catcher. The water tank on the back is a bit unwieldy to carry to the sink to fill. It seems much easier to just use a measuring glass to refill the tank. I use the actual pot a lot less than we had expected, although it is a nice function to have access to. The machine brews quite well, and I expect us to be using it for a long time.

Works great for our family. Some brew one cup. Others brew a whole pot. This does both. Works great for everyone.

Love this Keurig! Compact size with both single Kcup and coffee maker is exactly what I have been waiting for; allows me to get rid of the clutter of having two separate appliances.
