    Is great for the kcups, but would like more features for the pot. I can only set a timer for the kcup and NOT the pot. Should be able to set it for both. It also doesn’t have a setting for strong coffee for both. Again only for the kcup.

    A great compromise! My parents love having a coffee pot, I love having different coffees and sometimes only 1 person wants a cup!

    I gave up coffee and he didn’t! No problem with the Keurig dual. He has a cup of dark roast and I have a occupied of English Breakfast tea!

    Love all Keurig products, including this one, but the carafe leaks when I pour, which is irritating. Still use it daily.

    Coffee maker itself is great. 12 cup carafe not so great It dribbles coffee when pouring. Seems to be a common problem with this system.
