Loved this until it stopped working. Brought it back in because I had purchased the extended warranty to get a replacement, got it home and the replacement was broken as well. Took it back and got a full refund. Will not waste my money again. So upset that it isn’t working as intended, love the whole pot or single cup options.

Does a great job same as older unit only complaint would be the coffee pod splashes the carafe when in use so you maybe washing it .

Love my Keurig. The best part is not being limited to just kcups and being able to do switch to filtered coffee as well. No issues yet.

Love it!!! Although many might not like duo I feel its very handy for those who are just on the go and those who love coffee throughout the day.

Just wish it would have a program mode to turn on to be ready for the single cup brewing in the morning. But it does come to temp really fast.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. The fact that you can make coffe using the kcups but also the coffee grounds is such a combinience.

Gift was damaged in shipment; however, box was not opened until Christmas day. Was disappointed that this gift could not be replaced. Was told that this item would not be restocked. It was a good price and cannot be bought for this price at other stores. I hated to disappoint my son who had made this request.

Does the job with an interesting combo of single cup and "pot sized" brews. Made it possible to put my old 10-cup brewer away!

I really enjoy my Kuerig. The k- cups are great for just myself. Being able to have a machine that allows a pot is great for when I have company.

I love to brew regular coffee, the wife loves the Kcups / I’m glad they came out with this combo it works great and saves space

Absolutely love that I can have both ground coffee or a k-cup in the same machine! Does not come the a reusable filter but you can pick one up around $13.

Bought for wife to slow down costs to SB, but it still didn’t work, just makes her drink more coffee. Lol It does have a hard access to fill the water

I like really strong coffee, and use 1 high rounded tablespoon of grounds per cup, making only 6 at a time. So, I can not imagine making 12 cups in this maker; the basket is just too small. Putting 12 tablespoons in the basket would make it overflow ... The Cup and Ounce increments start at 6, so there's NO 4 cup option for the carafe, or 4 ounce option for the single cup brewer, which I prefer, and that is NOT GOOD, as the coffee comes out just TOO weak, even using the STRONG mode button. I don't buy K-cups and the unit did not come with the single cup insert for using one's own coffee. The warming burner turns on only after the carafe brewing completes. That's not bad, and it can be preheated by turning the unit on and Holding the Carafe button until the RED light glows, but it turns off once brewing is started. Funny. Although I kinda like this coffee maker, I'm thinking of returning it before the return period expires. Thanks.

Love the dual options, but I'm having to return/replace after the first week as the auto program doesn't work. Called Keurig and went through trouble shooting, and they confirmed it wasn't working correctly.

It is a nice coffee maker. I like the ease of making more cups of coffee when we ha e company and my one cup everyday before heading to work.
