I loved the feature of being able to make a pod of coffee instead of a whole pot when needed. But.. the carafe always leaked when pouring a cup of coffee, coffee didn't seem really hot and the carafe would never look clean! Thank goodness i bought the extra warranty from Best Buy because the carafe cracked so ended up taking it back and purchased another brand.
