Worst coffee maker with more glitches than a microsoft computer. it turns off automatically. Even if its plugged in. Takes forever to warm back up. Often it is unable to make a cup of coffee because it doesnt register the water tank or that a pod is in there. Super disappointed. Cant wait to take this thing out back and destroy it with a bat like office space. Going to find a new coffee maker this week because i cant take it anymore!!!

Good but stopped working.

Can make coffee for large groups of folks if they come over, or just a single cup in the morning if I am feeling lazy. The problem is the machine stopped working almost exactly 1 year after purchase. Luckily I got the warranty from BBY taking it back to exchange. Will give the duo one more shot before switching to another coffee maker/brand.
