The carafe pours smoothly and either side brews quickly. Just wish it kept the code a bit warmer since we like it pretty hot. Overall a great buy and we got it for an amazing price!

The coffee maker seems to always leave about 2 cups of water in the reservoir. Not real sure I would purchase this again if given the opportunity.

Regular brewing component has plastic flavor to it for about a week. Even after vinegar cleanse. Prefer stainless steel unit like Cuisinart which I previously had. Bought this for the Keurig single cup component which works fine.
