I’ve tried a few and this machine is the least. Klunky to use but still not so amazing . It Does the job

This is unacceptable for the amount of money that you spend on the product. I would expect more from Keurig. This was my first Keurig purchase and will most likely be my last.

Poor Carafe

We're tired of wiping coffee off the counter so we returned it. Best Buy was great in handling the return.
