    This thing could easily be rated a 5 if it wasn't for that terrible square spout on the carafe! It's really nice to have a single-serve machine and carafe option in one but the square spout spills coffee all over the place. I have to pour it into a mug over the sink. Keurig should offer free replacement carafes with a new design to correct this.
