Customers are saying
Customers express satisfaction with the K-Duo 12-Cup Coffee Maker and Single Serve K-Cup Brewer's coffee quality, ease of use, and compact size. Many appreciate the convenience of the single-serve option and the machine's attractive design. While some find the water reservoir smaller than expected and the brewing process somewhat noisy, the positive feedback on brewing quality and ease of use outweighs these concerns. The overall value for the price is also frequently praised.

Good but has some issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Still undecided if I totally like this coffee maker. I love it’s concept but it has some quirks. Like you have to put in 6 cups of water for it to allow you to brew one kcup. Plus the carafe drips with every pour and it turned a smokey brown when we had a little coffee on the warmer mode. (Not empty) I really like how fast it brews and that it’s shorter than most makers. And the coffee tastes good! Also I don’t love how it when down in price 30 days after i bought it!

Very nice
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I replaced my older model Keurig with this one. Really like the option of one cup or a pot. A few more steps to brew, cup or pot, but I really like this model. There are several options, cup size, strong brew, and pot brewing. It makes a good cup of coffee and is fast, not as long to heat and start brewing. The bottom spill tray is nice, and it removes to use taller travel mugs. Even though it's bigger to accommodate the pot option, it's not oversized and fits well on a small end section of my countertop. I highly recommend this model Keurig.

duo coffee, traditional or quick option
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My husband likes the ease of the pods, I prefer the full carafe of coffee so we wanted the two options in one. So far works well. I got the reusable pods and works for tea too, just make sure you read the instruction carefully. I saw a lot of comments saying that the coffee drips everywhere; that's only if you don't put the reusable pod correctly. I had to watch instruction video as I thought I bought the wrong pod. It turned out you need to take out the inside part before you put the reusable pod.

Great Combo Coffee Brewer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far, we have been very pleased with this unit. We especially like the single cup option. Sometimes during the day and early evening we both desire a cup but in the past didn't want to brew a large pot. Now we can do both...brew a pot or just a cup. Our only negative has to do with pouring. If you tip the carafe and pour too fast you get spills. Of course if we "slow" the pour it doesn't hit the floor (haha). Overall great unit!!

I love, love, love this!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this coffee maker. We used to have a Kurig and a separate coffee pot. I purchased when on sale, and feel it is totally worth it! I was worried about the water storage, in difficulty getting to it because it is in back, but it’s actually easier to pour from our water carafe than my last one that had water storage on the side. So that was a pleasant surprise. I also enjoy the options of different ounces and strength of brewing. I would definitely recommend this coffee maker.

Excellent Combo
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like the combo option as sometimes you want a quick cuppa and sometimes an entire pot of coffee is required. This Keurig delivers consistent quality with either. Although it may be just limited to the Keurig I received and not indicative of the design, my carafe tends to pour very messy. The coffee will stream down the side when pouring a cup. I have tried various angles of pour and just resorted to filling my cup over the sink to not make a mess.

New Keurig Coffee machine
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is good product not great. Not being to turn on the burner for an extended amount of time after the brewing process is less than desirable. But it was a fair price. For serious coffee drinkers , I would say it is up in the air, we like the pod option for when our daughter is around. I wont throw it away but not sure I would get the same machine again.

Good Options for Pot and Pod Drinkers
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product warms up quickly, and produces good coffee. I like having the pot and the pod option. I have this underneath a cabinet and refilling it is kind of awkward because the fill spot is on the back. There is a newer model with a fill spot on the side which would have been better for my use case. The machine turns off after a while which is good for power, but annoying at times, there is probably a way to disable this, but I haven't dug through the settings yet.

LOVE the double strength brew feature!
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My favorite feature on this Keurig is the 'double strength brew' feature. It's one push of a button and prevents your cup of coffee from tasting 'watered down'. I am not aware of older Keurig models that have this feature, so I think this is new starting with this K-Duo model. The model is not too large for a countertop - and you can buy the coffee pod/capsule holders that this model can sit on top of - to save counter space. Highly recommend this product and would buy another one if this one dies out.
