    My parents really love this the can make a single cup of coffee or a full pot the coffee tastes better as well. It also helps that the water tank can detatch so no mess.

    This is a great product for those that want both. My only complaint so far is that there does not seem to be a way to keep the warmer for the pot on longer than two hours. Going from just a single brewer to this also has us filling the water up every day, but the ease of use is great and looks good on the counter.

    Greatest coffee pot I ever bought. It makes a great cup of single serve coffee as well as pot coffee. It actually make the correct number of cups selected (my previous always seemed to be 1/2 cup to 1 cup shy of what was supposed to be brewed. It also doesn't drip when you pour a cup while it's still brewing. Every other coffee maker I've ever had that advertised the ability to grab a cup while it's still brewing dripped while I was sneaking that cup. NOT THIS ONE!

    This is my first Keurig, and I am really only complaining about one thing...a "feature" if you will. It makes great coffee via the pod or carafe. The "feature" that bugs me is that it turns off the heating plate under the carafe after 2 hours and the only way to turn it back on is to make a fresh pot of coffee. Most competitors have the ability to restart the heating pad under the carafe to be able to drink coffee all day. I realize this is not really the core product or ideal for Keurig, but it certainly annoying.

      Thank you for your review. Press and hold the CARAFE button until the red light illuminates to turn the heating plate back on. It will stay on for another two hours. We hope this helps! KeurigCare

    Love having the two in one Keurig!! It has been so much easier instead of taking out my old machine when I have more then 4 people over or if I just feel like a brew! Definitely worth it if you are always having gatherings and love you some Kcups as well! Easy to use and give you that nice strength when need.
