LOVE LOVE this Keurig. Great and easy for individual cup of coffee and then you have a pot of coffee when you have guests. Nothing has to be changed. You use the same machine. Easy to use and very convenient. The only thing it didn't have was the filter piece. Had to purchase it separately.

We love it! Our only issue with it is that despite setting it to brew 12 cups on the carafe side (I know, "thank you captian obvious") it only brews 10 cups. We replaced our flex brew because the needle on the single serve side would either clog up or the machine would just shut off for no reason in the middle of brewing. The 10 cup issue is something we can live with. The K-Cup side is very fast! Well worth the investment.

I am very happy with this purchase. I've had several Keurigs, and I thought they all met my expectations. Well with this new one now my expectations are @ a 100%. I love the fact that I have both options of a full freshly brewed pot of coffee or the one cup serve for on the go. The full pot of coffee on the weekends with the family is ideal. During the week, the fam are on different work schedules so the one cup serve is great. I hope to keep enjoying the purchase:)

Was worried about what I was buying here because I read the reviews but this thing is pretty awesome. I did go to Amazon to buy the stainless steel filters for the K cups and let me tell you the coffee taste way better without that plastic taste.

This is probably one of the best purchases ive made in a while. I drink the coffee from the carafe as i get ready for work, then i make a travel mug of my choice coffee before I hitcthe road. Best of both worlds.

Absolutely love this product. It's a bit bulky, but it's worth having both the carafe and single serve.

As a Keurig owner for years, I jumped at the opportunity to pickup this version at a great price. I gave my daughter my old single serve and never missed a day with my new one, Looking forward to the holidays to try out a pot of coffee on the guests,

This thing works like a charm! It's nice, neat, and quick. Definitely perfect for hectic mornings, or even a relaxing one. I have been blown away by how good this little coffee maker is, whether I'm making pots or pods, the coffee comes out great.

Stable and reliable. The option for one cup or the pot gives me the versatility I love. This is second one on this model I've had, which might sound bad, but my nephew broke my last one by dropping it repeatedly, which I don't hold against the product.

I've had a Keurig since they came out, my first one lasted just about 10 years. I bought my second. Still have it but missed making coffee by the pot for guests or for making more than one cup to take to work. I saw this one on sale at BestBuy and decided to try. Works great, it's easy, not thinking really. The coffee if very hot and comes out tasting very good. I'm a coffee lover so it has to be good. I use it for the pods and my own coffee.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. There have been many improvements to the K-cup side of the coffee maker. However, within 2 months of owning it, and taking very good care of it, the carafe began leaking around the plastic upper part where it is sealed to the glass. I contacted Keurig and learned the carafe is considered an accessory and not covered by the warranty. So I was sent a link where I can purchase an additional carafe for $19.99. I honestly believe that a free carafe should be provided given the short time I have owned it. If you have a sink close by and you can pour your coffee over it, then I would recommend this machine. Nothing seems to be made perfectly these days. Nothing is made to last many years. It’s still a great coffee maker, it’s just messy!

Love it! Brews quickly and is always perfect temp. Very easy to use. Love having the larger caraffe.

It’s the best of both worlds. It fits perfectly on top of my k-cups container. I also love how fast it brews a carafe pot of coffee. If I had a do over, I would purchase the same model. Enjoy!!!

This Keurig Duo does exactly what I wanted in a coffee maker. Some days I want a pot of coffee, some days I just need a cup before getting on with my day. The versatility of of having both options in one coffee maker is perfect. Having one water reservoir for both cup or pot makes brewing easier. I have no problem with coffee dripping from the carafe spout as I seen in other reviews. The warming plate keeps the temperature perfect. I highly recommend this coffee maker!!

This is our 2nd Keurig K-Duo and we love it. My husband uses the 12 Cup Coffee Maker and I use the Single Serve K-Cup everyday. It fits our needs perfectly and we have not had any issues. We now have a back up in case one breaks down.
