Easy to use coffee maker. Great to have the clock to set the machine up the night before and coffee ready when I get up.

Great for the office or home u can used for a single use or if u have family over great price for a wonderful product

Easy to set up and use with both pods and ground coffee. I would prefer to make ground coffee with 4 cups but the minimum limit is 6 cups.

I love this two in one features. someone like Keurig and someone like to brew coffee that is perfect

This is our 2nd Keurig K-Duo and we love it. My husband uses the 12 Cup Coffee Maker and I use the Single Serve K-Cup everyday. It fits our needs perfectly and we have not had any issues. We now have a back up in case one breaks down.

This is my first Keurig, and I am really only complaining about one thing...a "feature" if you will. It makes great coffee via the pod or carafe. The "feature" that bugs me is that it turns off the heating plate under the carafe after 2 hours and the only way to turn it back on is to make a fresh pot of coffee. Most competitors have the ability to restart the heating pad under the carafe to be able to drink coffee all day. I realize this is not really the core product or ideal for Keurig, but it certainly annoying.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. There have been many improvements to the K-cup side of the coffee maker. However, within 2 months of owning it, and taking very good care of it, the carafe began leaking around the plastic upper part where it is sealed to the glass. I contacted Keurig and learned the carafe is considered an accessory and not covered by the warranty. So I was sent a link where I can purchase an additional carafe for $19.99. I honestly believe that a free carafe should be provided given the short time I have owned it. If you have a sink close by and you can pour your coffee over it, then I would recommend this machine. Nothing seems to be made perfectly these days. Nothing is made to last many years. It’s still a great coffee maker, it’s just messy!

My daughter loves this! The space it takes isn't enormous, and the coffee is great too! We love the newest Keurig!

Great machine ive had other Keurig machines, the one thing i like about this one is that you have the option to use coffe beans(ground) or the K cups. On the down side it doesnt always use all the water and you have to re fill before its even empty.

we love this coffee maker - had it for a year now - works well - love the option to make just a cup or a whole pot!

We love it! Our only issue with it is that despite setting it to brew 12 cups on the carafe side (I know, "thank you captian obvious") it only brews 10 cups. We replaced our flex brew because the needle on the single serve side would either clog up or the machine would just shut off for no reason in the middle of brewing. The 10 cup issue is something we can live with. The K-Cup side is very fast! Well worth the investment.

I am really enjoying making coffee now I have 2 choices, making a pot of coffee or making a cup. I like an occasional special flavor coffee so this is perfect. It is making a great cup of coffee via either brewing or K-cup

I am very happy with this purchase. I've had several Keurigs, and I thought they all met my expectations. Well with this new one now my expectations are @ a 100%. I love the fact that I have both options of a full freshly brewed pot of coffee or the one cup serve for on the go. The full pot of coffee on the weekends with the family is ideal. During the week, the fam are on different work schedules so the one cup serve is great. I hope to keep enjoying the purchase:)

A quality product,quickly brews,faster than other coffee makers. A convenient single serve .that's all I need.

LOVE LOVE this Keurig. Great and easy for individual cup of coffee and then you have a pot of coffee when you have guests. Nothing has to be changed. You use the same machine. Easy to use and very convenient. The only thing it didn't have was the filter piece. Had to purchase it separately.

Absolutely love this product. It's a bit bulky, but it's worth having both the carafe and single serve.
