On the down side it doesnt always use all the water and you have to re fill before its even empty.

Its the best of both worlds

Right before I purchased the drip coffee maker my 8 year old keurig stopped working. So I got the best of both worlds. So far both the drip coffee and the Keurig portion of the coffee maker tastes great. Even the 12 oz strong. I used to have to use two pods to get it as bold as I wanted it. Only downfall, as some have mentioned is the lack of always on.

It brews much faster and we really enjoy the detachable water tank. Just a FYI because I did not see it in instructions... the tank must be almost completely filled with water to the max line for it to start. If it's not coffee will not brew. I was trying to brew a single cup and only added enough water for the single brew but had to fill to max so it would brew.

I like an occasional special flavor coffee so this is perfect. It is making a great cup of coffee via either brewing or K-cup

I enjoy the sleek design and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. I have used other coffee makers that have the dual functionality of single-serve or a whole pot and can affirm that they do not hold up to this one. I love that it has a water tank externally and that I can still use the single-serve option even while my carafe is set to auto-brew.

I love a fresh brewed pot of coffee over an individual K Cup but this is the perfect compromise for me and my wife. We both get what we want and I would even say this does a better pot of coffee than my previous Hamilton Beach which I loved.

I can set it the day before to begin brewing at 7am and have coffee done while I shower and go. Worth it!!! Love it! Although I recommend going on YouTube for instructions on how to set it the first time.

We preprogrammed the machine to make a pot of coffee in the morning and out daughter (who does not like our coffee) is able to make a single cup for herself. The brew time is a little longer than I expected at around 12 minutes. Also, the pot does leak of you pour the coffee too fast into your cup. However, this machine makes an excellent pot or cup of coffee.

It allows me to set a time for the carafe coffee to brew and wake me up in the morning. And I can also choose to have a single cup at any time that is freshly brewed using the pods. The only down side with the coffee maker is that it does not come with the water filter package. However the back installed water filter from my previous coffee maker works fine.
