We are so happy with this machine. We preprogrammed the machine to make a pot of coffee in the morning and out daughter (who does not like our coffee) is able to make a single cup for herself. The brew time is a little longer than I expected at around 12 minutes. Also, the pot does leak of you pour the coffee too fast into your cup. However, this machine makes an excellent pot or cup of coffee.

I am completely satisfied And happy with this dual brewing set up. I love a fresh brewed pot of coffee over an individual K Cup but this is the perfect compromise for me and my wife. We both get what we want and I would even say this does a better pot of coffee than my previous Hamilton Beach which I loved.

It is wonderful to do three things with the Keurig. Boughten k cups, do your own k cups for one person serving and then a pot for more. Plus you can pause to her a cup before done. I and my daughter love it.

The combination single-serve and carafe coffee maker is just what I have been looking to obtain. It allows me to set a time for the carafe coffee to brew and wake me up in the morning. And I can also choose to have a single cup at any time that is freshly brewed using the pods. The only down side with the coffee maker is that it does not come with the water filter package. However the back installed water filter from my previous coffee maker works fine.

Excellent machine, seriously it's great to have the easy option of either drip coffee or a K-cup with a few button presses. The reservoir makes it super easy to make coffee either way. There are even ways to connect your reservoir to your refrigerator so you don't have to fill it and it's filled with the filtered water from your fridge.

We love this Keurig K-Duo! You can get the single K cup when in a hurry or if we want more for a longer time to share the 12-cup brew is there. The convenience is a great add to the kitchen or workplace!

Very compact , I was worried about the size. Much more convenient than my previous single serve keurig .

We bought this as a gift for my inlaws and they love it, we have even had the benefit of using it when we go over there and it works great, if you want to make a pot of fresh ground or coffee that isnt in pods and you dont have the empty pod this works great. And the pour function on it is great.

We love it. Makes great coffee. It expands counter space and is easy to use.

My Girlfriend wanted a Kurig Mini and being the best boyfriend ever I didn't listen and got her this instead. She doesn't wanna admit it but I know she loves it by the way she uses and experiments with it every single day! This is a perfect product that can do both! Id suggest buying the reusable k-kups and coffee filters from amazon($10) so that way you save a lot of money on filters in the long run.

This is a great item. We use this at my office and we can decide whether we want make single K cups or a full pot of coffee. We enjoy the convenience of this item at our hands anytime. Very simple to use.

We love this coffee maker! It is the best of both worlds in one machine. Replaces two machines saving counter space. The single cup side uses the smaller type 1 pods. Coffee from either side is excellent! The water tank holds enough water for a 12 cup pot but you can choose from 6,8,10, or 12 cups. On the pod side, the same numbers equal ounces. The controls are very simple to use. I would buy it again!

My wife fell in love with this beauty at first sight. It beautifully designed and fits in well with her office decor which is where she decided to set it up. The ordering and pick up experience was as beautiful as the coffee pot. I odered it online and was given assistance by the person in the chat APP. Wonderful item.

Love that this has both carafe and single cup options. Can program and pour while it's brewing on carafe side. Holds travel mugs for single side. Very pleased with purchase.

This Keurig Duo is perfect except for the pouring spout. No matter how careful I am pouring, I end up with coffee spills. Is there a solution to this? Other than this, we are perfectly happy being able to make a full pot or just use a pod all in one pot!! In reading some reviews, it seems that the ones buying this in the last few weeks (I bought this a month ago) has a carafe and no spills. ? Thank you very much!

Super nice for when you just want a single cup in the afternoon or for a pot of coffee for the family in the morning! So easy my 13 year old uses it
