It is wonderful to do three things with the Keurig. Boughten k cups, do your own k cups for one person serving and then a pot for more. Plus you can pause to her a cup before done. I and my daughter love it.

Pros: I love this coffee maker and all the wonderful K-Pods that can be brewed with it. Cons: The water tank is in the back and the coffee maker has to be moved to fill it if it is under any type of cupboards/cabinets. Also, the minimum on the coffee maker is 6-cups; nothing smaller. Would recommend this for a medium-large family or a small office.

We love this Keurig K-Duo! You can get the single K cup when in a hurry or if we want more for a longer time to share the 12-cup brew is there. The convenience is a great add to the kitchen or workplace!

Highly recommend this for any coffee lover. Easy to use and makes great coffee.

This is a great item. We use this at my office and we can decide whether we want make single K cups or a full pot of coffee. We enjoy the convenience of this item at our hands anytime. Very simple to use.

This Keurig - K-Duo works great! When I want a cup I use the single serve when I want brewed coffee it's available. I like the option and get a different brew style with each. Plus it fits on the counter very nicely.

Works as it should no issues. Makes perfect single cup or pots of coffee every time. Easy to clean as well.

Not a bad coffee maker. I bought this coffee maker from another store for $80 more and they lost my order. Best Buy came to the rescue with a cheaper price and it was available for me to pick up the next day. I was able to give this coffee maker to my family as a Christmas gift and they love it very much. My family almost didn’t have a Christmas gift but Best Buy hook me up.

This a great, convenient coffee maker. I love the fact that I can make an individual cup early in the morning, then auto-start the carafe later via the programmed timer. The reason it didn't earn the 5th star is the following: - I wish the individual cup maker could make a 16-ouncer - The water level indicator is on the back of the unit which makes it almost impossible to see (I don't know about you, but I place my coffee maker against a wall, facing forward). - A 14 cup carafe would have been great. - Most coffee makers I have owned beep when the coffee is done. This model has no such feature. - Not nearly as optioned as the original Keurig with many options on the touch screen display. - For the price, it should include the water filter kit and reusable basket. This unit is a replacement through the Best Buy extended warranty. Had to replace it because the LCD display gave out and it had stated to make less than a full cup on the individual dispenser. I didn't dock on the rating for this, because it lasted 1.5 years whereas all of our other "high-end," off-the-shelf coffee makers for the past 10 years have only lasted an average of one year. I have tried to point out all the pros and cons but overall I definitely recommend this unit.

Bought it for my husband for Christmas & I use it all day. Love the cinnamon sugar cookie and the pumpkin spice. I love this machine. Funny thing about this Keurig, my husband was gonna get me the identical one for Christmas. My son bought something else & told him he had taken care of it. I love this Keurig. Don't think twice about getting it, just get to Best Buy & buy it!

Bought this for my girlfriend as a Mother's Day present to replace her old Keurig that just broke. She absolutely loves this one as it is such a big improvement on the previous models. She finally can make an entire pot of coffee using her own beans, or a single cup with a K-Cup, which now has a 12 oz Strong feature so you don't have to run it multiple times like past models. Couldn't be happier.

Excellent coffee machine, every day use, very efficient and good price.

Best I've prchased in years. You can make a K-cup, or a pot, or both. Have that 1 friend who likes decaf? Make a pot for everyone else and then while the pot is still being kept warm, you can brew a single K-cup of decaf. Everybody has hot coffee of their choice! A single water tank supplies both brewers.

We replaced a keurig VU coffee maker with this one do to lack of available pods. This coffeemaker is versital as you can still brew by the pot or single cup pod. the only drawback is it only has up to 12 oz setting for single cup brewing, this is the reason for my 4 star rating (our last one went to 16 oz) other then that I am very pleased with this coffee maker.
