Love that this has both carafe and single cup options. Can program and pour while it's brewing on carafe side. Holds travel mugs for single side. Very pleased with purchase.

This is the perfect dual coffee maker. I use the coffee pot for making my iced coffee in large batches and my boyfriend uses the single cup for breakfast every morning! I have been putting the coffee pot in the dishwasher with no issues yet (I separate the lid from the pot). It is easy to use for either side and the coffee pot has a heating plate to keep it hot if needed.

This machine is AWESOME. I can have a pot of coffee and if someone wants a different flavor or the pot runs out, a cup can be made quickly. The machine is easy to use, clean, and maintain.

It's a great space saving design. However, you can't make a single cup while a pot is brewing and it is impossible to pour from the carafe without it spilling each and every time. It would have been great if I could use my old Mr Coffee carafes instead, but they made theirs 0.25 inches taller so they don't engage the anti-drip button properly. I hate when companies make stupid little changes just to lock you in to their parts and service. We're keeping it because it's convenient, but when it inevitably dies we will definitely be buying another brand.

Brews yummy coffee. Once you figure out how to use this, it's very simple. I would like better/more in depth user guide for it and to better learn how to clean/descale. YouTube was helpful for learning descaling.

This has been one of the best New Referral-No Contact After 3 Attempts I have made. I love waking up to a pot of freshly brewed coffee. The timer is an excellent feature. Whether 1 cup or 8 cups, it is good to the last drop.

This has done exactly what I wanted and needed. It makes a great pot of coffee and a great single cup of coffee. My only complaint is that the water tank isn't bigger, but I don't know if any of them are. I have to fill it up every day and it would be nice if I could go a day or two without doing that. I guess that just means I drink too much coffee!

Moved into a new place and needed a coffee maker, but also wanted a Keurig. I used to have both, so this is absolutely perfect. I've had it for a month and have used the pot pretty much daily, and the single-serve when I want tea or a quick cup of coffee. Very easy to program or simply select number of cups for a pot or ounces for a single cup. Glad I got the "all in one" solution!

This product is very easy to use. I like the convenience of using single cup for myself but also can use the 12 cup when I have company. It was easy to set up and instructions were very good. The instruction book makes it handy for using the coffee maker and maintaining it.

Does what’s advertised. Water tank is awkward to fill and place, and the coffee pot design has me scratching my head. It’s really hard to pour with out spilling. Maybe a user problem. All in all I would recommend.
