Overall very good machine. No problems, I can wake in the morning to a fresh pot of coffee by using the timer. Single use has nice features for size and strength. My only criticism is that the carafe doesn’t keep the coffee as hot as I would like.

Never thought I would own a Keurig but my daughter convinced me how great it is to have one so I got one with the old fashioned coffee pot on one side and the K-Cup on the other side I love it I can still make a big pot of coffee on the weekends and a quick K-Cup on the way to work is so handy and nice

I love this coffeemaker. The height is lower than others and I love that. Easy to put the water in, easy to use. Love the single coffee part always, I use that, my husband use the pot size. Pot pour spout is square, I really like that. Just overall a good pot well worth the money!!

Love this item. We had one since it first came out and after a few years it went dead so had to get a new one. My family love the ideas of making a big pot or just a single cup.

We're enjoying our new keurig that lets you choose between single cups and full pots. However we are not too impressed with the amount of noise produced while brewing.

Makes a Great Cup of Coffee with either side of the unit. Water revivor is a little hard for a short person to reach, but better than some other competitors brands. They will also have to redesign their carafe mouth as it drips when pouring. All in All I would buy this product again.

I’d give it 5 stars but this is a replacement for one we had for about a year. Thought it would last longer than that but couldn’t live without it so we are giving it another shot. We love having one machine that makes a pot of coffee or a single K-cup. Coffee tastes great either way.

Absolutely pleased about my Keurig, there is only 2 people in my house, when we are together I can enjoy the whole pot of coffee. With the single option, either one can choose between decaf coffee Colombian, Peruvian, unlimited options. I have to say sometimes I feel is a little bit too noisy

Convenient. We usually brew a full pot of cofffee at work in the morning and if someone else wants a single cup this eliminates wasted coffee.

this is an awesome coffee maker. We use it for a single use and when we have company over to entertain we can meet in guards your badge. Looks fancy on my countertop. Super easy to clean easy to work. Bought it still working great.

This coffee maker brews a decent cup of coffee, and I love the single serve feature. It also has a reservoir so one doesn’t have to fill it with the exact amount of water for the amount of coffee one is brewing. It does not have a 1-4 cup feature, and and a 6 oz single serving is the smallest it will brew, so I either use a lot of k-cups or brew just a bit too much coffee (it’s just me in the house). But setting up the delayed brew ( I set up the coffee machine the night before) has me scratching my head! It would be perfect if I brewed the same amount of coffee every day, but I don’t so I’m never sure if I have the right amount of grounds for the amount of coffee the machine wants to brew, if it does at all! It shouldn’t be rocket science.

Always satisfied with keurig products. When the wife dropped a full water reservoir ans cracked it we decided to upgrade. While we traditionally use a single k pod through the week, having the option to have an actual pot of coffee ready in minutes is a game changer.

We got the Keurig Duo to replace the second Cuisinart SS15 that failed miserably. I wanted to have a pot of coffee all hot and ready and be able to make my wife’s tea also. The Duo does the job beautifully. We are very pleased with it. I had read the reviews stating the carafe didn’t pour well, but we have had no such problems. Yes: the reservoir is at the rear of the machine but compared to the unit we had previously, it’s a piece of cake. Bottom line: I would recommend it without reservation.

Very easy to use. The only feature I needed to search for was how to keep the pot and warm after the burner had turned off. This is simple. Turn on the coffee maker and press the carafe button until the light comes on.

This is perfect for those days you don't want to or need to make a big pot of coffee. Brews coffee great. Timer is easy to use. K cups are quick and easy to use. We like the sensor that wont let you make a cup of coffee unless younhave enough water in the reserve tank.

This was purchased for a family member. I was able to try it out and am convinced to by one for myself! This Keurig solves the problem of liking the convenience of quick 1 cup brews, but also needing a full size coffee pot from time to time. I definitely recommend this Keurig!

Bought for my wife for Christmas to replace an older model. She loves it!

I've liked Keurig for several years now. I didn't care for having a full coffee pot machine and a separate one for Keurig. Now this can do both AND the water is one tank. It heats the water quickly and it works like a charm. I can make a pot of coffee for myself & husband can get a cup of tea. I like that it will keep a pot hot for about 2 hours so you can go back & get a refill. This review is 9 months after purchase and I still am as pleased as the day we bought it. Only improvement I would suggest to the manufacturer is a RED light to let you know the water is getting low. The tank is completely hidden behind the machine so one time I was wondering why it didn't run...Oh low on water. ;-) Would buy again.

It produces great results. Do not fill past the full line. It will break. It’s happened to me bc I wasn’t paying attention but I keep buying it. Beyond that wonderful product.
