Admittedly, there were only two models on the shelf, so this was kindof a dice roll. This is my 4th Keurig over the years. Previous three broke, so I’m not sure this is “better” yet, but so far it is my favorite. Simplest, most intuitive way to make coffee two ways. Love it so far.

Love everything about this. Easy to remove tank, the machine feels durable, the lid for the filter holder closes on its own so it doesn’t slam shut, and it is programmable. Love having the option for either. Highly recommended for every coffee lover!

What can I see the Keurig machine, is one of the best appliances you’ll ever own. Makes a good cup of coffee, tea, hot chocolate perfectly every time. Had it now for almost 2 years and it hasn’t let me down yet.

I really hate to give this Keurig a bad review and I returned the first one and got a new one in hopes I just got a bad one, but no such luck. We got this K-Duo because our vacation rental had it last year and it was great. The first one I bought from the moment I plugged it in the "descale" light was on and could not be reset, nor would it make a pot of coffee. I tried everything to reset but it would not fix itself. I returned and bought the same model, thinking I got a bad one. The second one also had issues, while it made great coffee the AUTO BREW would not work and in our house we use the AUTO BREW feature every morning so we come down to a fresh pot of coffee already brewed. This one refused to AUTO BREW, I did everything right, I even watched several videos thinking it must be me, but nope it flat out will not work on the AUTO timer. I didn't want to give it a one-star review because it does make great coffee, but it seems it is riddled with electronic control problems. If Keurig can fix these control issues they'd have an awesome product.

This duo machine is perfect for those that make pots of coffee on some days and c single cups another. It is a it cumbersome though and the control buttons were confusing at first.

We have had two Keurig 2.0 brewers. We wanted to be able to brew a pot of coffee like on Saturdays when we drink more coffee or when we have guests, and still have the convenience of the single serve during the work week. This has proven to be a great combination of single serve and carafe. LOVE IT!!!

This coffee maker is so great. Having the option to have a whole pot of coffee or a single serve is amazing. It's supper simple to set up and can basically start right out the box. It's a little bulky but it's worth it because the water reservoir is amazing to hold enough water.

I love this coffee maker, it lets me use my favorite coffee (pods) and also make my husbands kind in the carafe.

We got a great deal on this Keurig machine not only do we have the singleserve but we also have the carafe, very nice looking set up and the strong option on the single serve is a great add on. I would recommend purchasing a gold tone filter for brewing

I love the coffee maker. Money wise is not expensive and I love the color it match our kitchen.

I love the versatility of this and how nice it looks on my countertop. This replaced my old Keurig from college that only brewed up to a 10oz cup with a single K cup. I like how I can make a pot of coffee with ease and put off having to buy more K cups if need be.

I like the Keurig Duo because it can be either a single serve or multiple serve. Plus someone can have a flavored coffee if they want instead of the pot that's was made. This is my fourth Keurig purchase in the last eight years. I just wish they would hold up better.

An absolutely amazing gift. Got it for my mom, and she’s in love with it. She’s been asking for a Keurig coffee maker for the longest. But the coffee maker itself is fantastic. If you don’t wanna use pods you have the option by putting in your coffee filters and it’s awesome.

Love the Keurig Duo. I can program my pot of coffee for the morning and make K-cups with the same machine. I had a dual Hamilton and later a dual Cuisinart. But both made great pots of coffee but both had difficulties with the K-Cups.now, problem solved. And I got it on sale.

Makes the perfect pot of coffee only gripe is I wish the auto feature worked for the just turning the machine on like my previous keurigs.

Well made and does what it is supposed to go. I wish the water reservoir was a bit larger.

I was wary about buying this because of some negative reviews but it has exceeded my expectations. Love the dual feature- and the fresh coffee is hot. I have it a month now and it's used frequently. If carafe is full, it can have a slightly leaky pour but we mainly use 6/8 cups level and not a problem. Filling from the back slightly awkward if machine is on the countertop under cabinets but well worth it for the price.

This purchase for a new Keurig was very good. Although different than the other one, it was so easy and somehow better than the other one.

Perfect for anyone who wakes up on a schedule as you can set a timer for your coffee to be ready when you're up, or if you dont trust that as some people are worryful or wake up at different times you can just throw a k pod in and have a good cup of coffee in a flash
