Great purchase, works fast, works great and looks good in the kitchen. Nice to have a keurig that you can make a big pot of coffee with!

Sturdy product and both the pod and pot options work well. The top portions open independently for pod/coffee ground use. Water tank sits at the back and is removable. Size options and a clock on top. the water traps at the bottom pull out for easy cleaning.

Excellent iteam , gives you the flexiabilty to have a pot full of coffee or single serve , highly suggest this !

It works great. I would highly recommend pickup at a store. My first one was damaged during shipping. Looked online for a local store for return and exchange. 3 stores showed in stock. Waisted my day trying to exchange. 2nd shipment received do not know how it wasn't broken also.

Love, love, love! The water reservoir is larger than your stand-alone Keurig, so you don't have to refill as much. And it's great to have the additional traditional coffee pot for large crowds, so they don't use all your K-cups! Would recommend!

Duo option is great! On the downside, water tank is awkward to fill when machine is placed on counter underneath upper cabinets. Silver plastic trim on bottom of machine scratches easily when placing coffee mug on single serve tray.

Being a casual coffee drinker, I found this model fits well into my lifestyle. The single cup feature in particular allows me to sample various coffee flavors aside from also brewing a full pot for established household blends.

Great for the wife and I when we get up in the morning for single serve or making a pot of hot water for coco for the kids.

I purchased the K-Duo in January 2020. We're coffee drinkers, obviously. It's so nice to make a pot when needed. Everything worked great, and as I expect from Keurig, who, by the way, has a top-notch customer service department. Very Impressive. I can easily recommend Keurig-K Duo.

The drip portion makes really good coffee and so does the K-cup part. I find the reservoir easy to fill and have had no problems with the carafe dripping when I pour from it. I am also able to use my own reusable K-cup thing in this machine. Very happy with thus purchase.

works perfectly right out of the box.. K cup side need a platform for shorter coffee cups though because the coffee splashes out of the shorter coffee cups when the machine brews. FYI large tuna seems to be a perfect height for the shorter mugs and prevents coffee from splashing out.

Keurig didn't make any slip ups on the one I got. Sometimes a basic which is 2 in 1 is better tha.n one with lots of functions

Love this thing. I have limited counterspace in my kitchen and this fits perfectly. Looks great and works great. Most of the time I only want one cup of coffee but it's so nice to be able to brew a pot too.

LOVE this coffee maker! It’s so easy to use and maintain. I wish the water reservoir was a little bit bigger but The trade-off is that I can make a full pot of coffee in addition to making individual cups so I don’t mind that much.

I love my coffee maker. The ease of being able to brew one single cup with a pod or entire carafe with ground coffee. It’s so easy to set and enjoy.

I upgrade during Best Buy’s deal’s of the day! I got this for a great price and was happy to have the ability to make single serve and large pots. This is larger than most Coffee machine but if you have the counter space and love coffee then I say “Do it!” You can automatically set up the coffee pot to brew fresh coffee in the morning a down side is this can’t be done for the single serve pods. I like that there is a reusable pod and filter for both sides and we only have to by our favorite coffee beans. It saves us money then buying Keurig pods. Overall I am so happy with this machine. P.S. I did order this originally to be delivered to my home and it came broken. I had to return to exchange which kind of sucked since delivering to my home was supposed to save me a trip to the store. It was a little bit of an inconvenience but nothing to troublesome.

Great and space saving for smaller kitchens. Brews very good coffee. Was a bit confusing how to program the auto brew feature. Had to go online and print out the directions because none were shipped with my unit. Has a lot of features that are not clearly explained with this machine.

The single cup keurig works like a charm after you first way up and need some coffee. As for the pot, waking up to a full pot brewing and as your pouring your first glass there is absolutely no dribble as you pour, it smoothie you get to the top of your cup.
