This is by far my favorite keurig that I’ve purchased. I bought it for work but I think I might have to buy another one for my house.

This is a very nice unit if you want the best of both worlds to get a pot or cake cups. It’s pretty quick and easy. Nice size. I do wish I had a few more sizes to have more liquid come out like 16 ounces because the highest is only 12 ounce.

So far so good, my wife really likes this Keurig Duo. She needed to have a timer so her coffee was ready when she woke up, she also loves many different types of coffee and the kids loves the hot chocolate! This is perfect for anyone who wants different drinks when they want them!

I appreciate the versatility. The single pod side does create a splatter on my counter, the distance from the cup to where the coffee is being released may be too far. It does however accommodate the canister type containers.

I am not very finicky when it comes to my cup of joe. However, our Keurig which was one of the originals finally broke down. So this is an upgrade in the sense that it was more expensive and has more features. I have only used this for single serve coffees to date.

This is the best coffee machine which has the regular coffee and kcup both in one. I use many products from this brand and doesn't disappoint!!!

Excellent product!! Turns on very quickly and delivers the perfect pot OR cup of daily joe!

Replaced our standalone coffee maker and our stand alone k-cup machine with this. Both functions on this works well. Keep the directions nearby as programming this is not the most intuitive but once you master that it works great (plus I save room on my kitchen counter!)

We are very pleased with this coffee maker. We like the ability to either make a single cup or a pot. It has worked very well and looks good on our counter. Also, the coffee is hot when brewed not like our previous one.

Perfect solution for a coffee lover. I love that I have the choice between full pot, or kcup depending on my need. Really happy with my purchase.

Easy to use, a little bit faster than the last Keurig too.

This is a nice rig! Very versatile. You can brew all kinds of sizes. Even has a strong setting where I believe it brews a lit title slower in order to extract more core from grounds! Makes me want a cup now! I’m headed to the kitchen. See y’all later!!!

Best one we've purchased! Definitely meets our needs, through the week I'm able to use the single serve to get the 1 or 2 cups I need and during the weekend we use the big pot since both my husband and I drink coffee. It's actually cut down on how many single servings we use.

Great birthday present for coffee drinkers! My wife enjoys being able to chose a variety and we also bought the accessory to use your own coffee in the k cup pod.

Shes had a keurig for years that she loves.. just recently hers has started giving her problems with one of the buttons.. so i got this for her.. she loves it.. now when she has alot of people over for parties she can brew a pot instead of one cup at a time

Absolutely LOVE every feature of this thing. The fact that it can do a pot of coffee and pods is so clutch

First Keurig and it works okay but...you MUST use the preset cup amounts on the unit so trial and error will tell you what size cup to use! And it NEVER makes a full 12 cups. I have to leave 1 cup or so of water in the carafe before brewing. Also if you add too much coffee to the filtered part the grinds will overflow, making a mess! So measure 12 cups of ground coffee EXACTLY. You cannot add more to make it stronger. So get used to 12 cups of weak coffee or 11 cups of strong! Other than that, easy to use and works well.

I've been waiting to purchase this coffee maker until I moved into my new home, as a gift to myself. I will say that I am not disappointed. This new version is efficient and quiet, and I love the auto shut-off and set time brew features.

Great duo coffee maker. I bought this after our Hamilton Beach dual brewer kept leaking and eventually died. We use the pot almost every day in the morning, then switch over to the single in the afternoon. The only thing I haven't figured out is how to turn the carafe warmer without brewing a new pot of coffee. Been using for about a month and it works great. I would recommend buying the wire basket for both sides so you can use regular coffee grounds (the 12 cup side isn't big enough for most store wire baskets.) Definitely recommend!
