I am in love! I never really wanted to purchase any kind of keurig until now. I am so happy I did; it’s so easy to use and understand. Also cleaning the machine is easy. I am so happy! I will be buying one for my mother in law soon.

I'd have given it 5 stars, except for one thing. For some crazy reason, when I pour coffee out of the craffe, if I don't pour "really slow", it drips onto the floor while I'm pouring it. I don't think I've ever had that happen with any other coffee maker, but I found, if you pour really slow, and maybe hold the lid open a bit while your pouring, your pretty much ok. Also, when the coffee is could in the craff, it doesn't drip at all. Figure that one out. At any rate, I don't know if that's a deal breaker here or not, but other than that, it works fine and it's nice to have the single serve K-Cup feature.

The package that the Keurig arrived in was completely beaten up, so didn't have a lot of faith prior to opening, but it turned out ok as the coffee pot appeared unharmed. I really like the idea of having the choice of single k-cup or a full pot, and overall it performs decent, but it doesn't seem to brew near as hot as our Ninja that needed replacing. And for that, I am dropping a star.

Replaced our previous Keurig. So much nicer and easier to use. Only warning is you need to buy the reusable filter for the coffee pot. It is sold separately.

Works great, perfect for being single. I use the pot when I have company. Over really good choice

This is our second DUO! We love it so much! So nice to make a pot or just a kcup.

Very nice and fancy. I like being able to use k cups as well as ground coffee. The heating plate keeps coffee at a great temperature as well, doesn’t burn it or make it lukewarm. Worth it for the price.

I’ve owned many Keurig machines throughout the Years. This is the best one because it gives you the option of making a pot of coffee or a single serve cup of coffee I also like it because you can make a very strong cup of coffee.

I love this machine except for one issue and that it turns off very quickly when using the K-cup. The pot however lasts longer. I like the ease of use and how hot the coffee is. Great to use when having several guests.

I bought this so I can have something for daily use and something for when I have company. It is a nice size and does not take up too much room on my counter top. The only awkward part is it fills in the back and hard to see the lines when filling.

PEFECTO! Love this a lot!! high recommend this product if you are a coffee drinker. easy to use, if for a lot of coffee or a quick cup and go type person.

Great coffee pot. I like being able to brew individual cups as needed or brewing a pot for multiple cups.

This a must have , weekends relaxing and making a nice pot , and for something on the go during the weekdays, this machine is awesome

I love this! It is perfect for a cup or pot. Doesn't take up a bunch of counter space. Only two complaints. It has to heat up each time, so it takes a couple of minutes. And if you use the single cup while the coffee pot warmer is on, it will shut it off the warmer. I haven't been able to figure out a way to turn the warmer back on. As soon as the pot was done brewing, my kid used the single side for hot water. My coffee was cold before I even noticed it was done brewing.

Product is great and makes it a lot easier, not having to make coffee or chocolate at the same time.

Excellent! I can't live without it! I have different options, easy to add water removing the back of the container, I have two in one save space in my kitchen and have my own flavor ready in minutes.

Works good no coffee grinds in my coffee like my old one.timer works amazing

Love having the choice of pot or pod! Each one works great. Very quick in warming up water also.
