Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the K-Duo 12-Cup Coffee Maker and Single Serve K-Cup Brewer's coffee quality, ease of use, and compact size. Many appreciate the convenience of the single-serve option and the machine's attractive design. While some find the water reservoir smaller than expected and the brewing process somewhat noisy, the positive feedback on brewing quality and ease of use outweighs these concerns. The overall value for the price is also frequently praised.

I have seen many Keurig machines for single use which cannot handle more than two K-cups with out damaging the machine. This one handles the load with making a pot of coffee and using the K-cup as well in the same day. No issues, and no struggles. Also no watery taste on the default factory settings for the pot of coffee or the K-Cup. I haven't had the need to use the strong button yet. As stated earlier I used the cheap K-Cup machines meant for a single person to make coffee each day, and I have always had watery issue or awful coffee come out even on the strong mode pressed in the LCD. So much so I figured with this one the K-Cup would taste the same. As to the above no issues with great tasting coffee from the K-Cup or making a pot of coffee.

Love it!! Gives me the options!! I like the pods, but my husband likes to brew pots which gives him the opportunity to buy different coffees. We really love it and has been working great since we brought it.

Overall this is a very good unit. I use the individual Keurig single serve pods 99% of the time and it is perfect. The 12 cup carafe is not a true 12 cup. I have never been able to get it to release 12 cups of water from the reservoir to the carafe. It seems to be 2 cups off with the 12 cup & the 10 cup setting. If you want 10 cups, you have to select the 12 cup setting because the 10 cup setting will only give you 8 cups. I have a friend who has this same coffee maker & it does the same thing. This is not a deal breaker for me, but for someone with a large family that needs 12 cups of coffee you might not be happy.

Thank you for your feedback. One cup of coffee is actually measured at 5 ounces. This is the standard measurement in drip coffee makers. We hope this helps! KeurigCare

The Keurig - K Duo 12 cup coffee is the perfect coffee option for opposite tastes in coffee strength. It pairs nicely with the K-cup drawer as well. The coffee maker fits perfectly on top of the K-cup storage.

Excellent coffee maker. Works great and love the option of making a pot or cup. The only thing I don’t care for is it does not stay on-It shuts off within 5 minutes. Love everything else about the coffee maker

I really loved this coffee maker! I say 'loved' because it stopped working after 2 months (otherwise I'd give it 5 stars). It was returned to store and replaced with a Cuisinart duo coffee maker. Not sure what went wrong, but when trying to brew anything, pressing the brew button would turn off the machine all together. This was the first coffee maker I've had that had a separate water container, rather than pouring the water into a reservoir. I loved the separate container because it made it easier to clean, dry, and avoid calcium build up. Even though the look of the Cuisinart coffee maker is more appealing, this Keurig was overall better in my opinion.

This is a great coffee maker. Its quick and easy to use. Only reason its not a 5 star is because the coffee pot is not easy to poor. The lip is poorly designed and 98 out of 100 pours

It’s the best of both worlds. Single cup when home alone or a full pot of coffee when entertaining. Love the auto brew for morning coffee and enough to fill a mug or 2 for on the go.

I like this machine very much. It is a little complicated to use at first, but overall I’m very pleased. It’s great to be able to make just a single cup on busy mornings, and a full pot when time allows.
