Works great. One cup or one carafe are easy to prepare. Good value at sale price.

I got this to replace my aging coffee maker, and I was looking for something a little more modern. There really isn't a lot to say about it, it brews a great cup of coffee, and does it pretty fast! The K-cup feature is pretty nice, especially if you really don't need a whole pot brewed. Its got a ton of "bells & whistles" and to be fair, I don't use very many of them, aside from the "timed" brew....which brings me to one of only 2 complaints... First gripe, as far as I can tell, you have to set up the scheduled brew every day, you can't just set it up to brew a recurring pot every morning at 6AM...minor, but still kind of annoying. Second minor gripe, as far as coffee makers go, this thing is HUGE, so if you have limited counter space, this machine may not be for you.

The only downside is you have to power it up if it’s sit more than a few minutes unused and make several (3) selections to get to single cup every time. But it works great and we love it.

This coffee maker is amazing! I love being able to either make a full pot or just a cup. It heats very quickly and the coffee is on demand! I recommend this product to a coffee drinking family!!

Nice coffee maker with duo 12 cup and individual by Keurig. One machine with dual purposes. I like it because most of the time we make an individual cup, but when family comes to visit we can make a pot.

This is a solid coffee pot. I use the single cup side during the week and the full coffee pot on the weekends. It’s very easy to clean and doesn’t take up much room on the counter.

Had a Keurig before and was pleased with it. When it needed replacing I wanted it replaced with another Keurig.

Product arrived with the upper corner of the water reservoir broken, but is still usable. Excited to start using this product so I have the choice of a pot of coffee for my wife and I, or a quick on demand single cup.
