Even though there was a kitchen with a variety of appliances, but to our horror, no coffee machine. At about the same time, I opened an email from Best Buy with the Deal of the Day and found this little beauty on sale. With the four of us, the option to make a pot or just use the K-cup for singles, was perfect. We've had it for about three weeks and are quite pleased with it. I read most of the reviews before buying this and after reading the bad reviews, can't find a problem with it.

Our last single cup Keurig lasted us years, so hoping that this does too. The full pot is nice, it eliminates the need to have a coffee pot and a Keurig.

We have been using the Duo for about 2 months now and no problems. Cafe doesn’t drip and the burner keeps it good and hot. I have noticed that it is hotter if you wait for about 5 minutes after it’s done brewing
