The first was working fine, except that we have very hard water in our area and the lines got clogged with calcium deposits over time. This wouldn't be an issue if I cleaned it more often, but I don't. I love that I have the choice of using K-cups or brewing a full pot without having to keep two separate coffee makers.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So far no problems however I would have thought for this price to have at least a coffee filter or water filter in there - nothing Also the botton for STRONG coffee leaves no indication light in the digital display so you can press it as much as you want it does not mean you get stronger or less strong coffee To set the digital display for carafe or single pot you have to press one or the other bottom than how many cups and than press start A little more work than expected for this price

We have been using the Duo for about 2 months now and no problems. Cafe doesn’t drip and the burner keeps it good and hot. I have noticed that it is hotter if you wait for about 5 minutes after it’s done brewing

This coffeemaker is perfect, I highly recommend it.
