I'm really liking my new coffee maker Well spent.

Annoyingly, this coffee maker stopped working after only a 1 year and 3 months.. Since 3 months past warranty, Keurig won't replace item and offered a 25% discount towards a new one. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this purchase as coffee makers in the past have lasted 5-10 years. On top of this issue, we mainly used k-cups side, which made an ok cup of coffee, but I never felt that the carafe brewed a very good cup of coffee. It also cannot use a gold filter so that's yet another annoyance, you need to use paper filters which I think changes the coffee taste. Overall very disappointed!

We have had this coffee machine since September. It has been a headache. It often does not brew proper amount of coffee. I will select 8 cups and this is my end result as shown in the picture. We have cleaned it once a week and it will brew a small amount and then just stop. Very disappointed in this product.

Loved the concept of one machine with two functions but there’s multiple design flaws that Keurig should work on. Machine over time stopped recognizing that these is water and have to disconnect from wall and reconnect for it to know there is water in compartment. Second design problem that the carafe leaks when serving coffee. It does not matter the position I use when serving. Have to have a towel there to control the mess. Ready to throw away

Purchased November 2023, by April 2024 it was dead. During the few short months it did work it was infuriating, getting more coffee on the counter than in the cup. Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy this coffee maker.

I like the idea of having the carafe and the pods. Unfortunately, when using the carafe the coffee is not an ideal temp. I have to microwave it to warm it up. Wouldn’t buy it if I’d known that was going to be an issue.

6 months into owning this paint is already peeling where the pot sits, very disappointing with how much this cost and it already showing wear and tear and I only use it on the weekends

Really nice coffee maker! Well built & easy to use. I love my single side & the carafe. I have not found the carafe to be leaky like other reviews mentioned. My only complaint is the need to leave water in the reserve to brew. Unlike other makers, this one isn't a measure & brew. It requires a certain level of water to brew but does not use up all the water on one brew. Being on well water (even though it's filtered), I prefer not leaving standing water. I do wish the reusable filter came with the unit but it can be purchased separately.

This is my first Keurig. I'm very pleased with the duo style that I chose for cost efficiency and versatility of making one pod cup or a pot of coffee for guests. It is a space saver taking up no more space than a regular coffee pot. The reservoir is in the back and is removable and easy to fill. I like the options for making single pod cups as strong or not and 6 cup or 8 cup size. Water takes no time to heat up. There's a timer and digital clock if you like those features. Downside is that coffee pods are costly and this model doesn't come with reusable filters so I've had to purchase both of those separately at added cost. Best Buy was higher priced for this item than Staples, however Best Buy matched Staples price which I was pleased about that as I purchased this with my rewards. It cost me $19.00 final price!

Like it a lot. works well and is fast at single cups and full pots. Downside is noise. It makes a lot of noise when brewing and preheating. also its not heavy duty like the higher-end Keurigs you can buy. That said, for the price it does its job well and looks very nice on the counter. If I could do 4.5 starts I would. Maybe one other note. To brew a cup you press power, cup, strong(if you like it that way) size(in oz) and start. As many as FIVE buttons before it starts. My old-school unit was power and start. so this will bug you, or it won't. Me its a bit much.

I wanted to wait some time before I posted a review because I really wanted to test the quality, performance and durability of this coffee maker, and let me just tell you that it DOES NOT DISSAPOINT! I got this Keuring dual coffee maker because I wanted to have the option to make a full pot of coffee for a few people, or just one cup for myself! I have had it for over aa month and it work perfectly well! My favorite feature is the auto option to set up a timer and it will brew your coffee at the time you want! I LOVE IT! Specially since I work really early, any little time I can save before I go to work is just great! I honestly highly recommend this Keurig Coffee maker! Its seriously everything I wanted in a coffee maker!
