I have the old coffee maker broken for my morning coffee. Then decided to throw it and buy this dual kruig coffee maker and I have best decision ever made!

Carafe, from day one, dribbles and leaks at the pour spout. Doesn’t matter if you pour fast, slow, open the lid or close it. We have to keep a dish towel under the counter or pour over the sink. Water canister cracked near the top within a month. Contacted Keurig and they want me to talk to someone over the phone. Don’t list an email service choice if you’re only going to direct me to a third-party call center. The Keurig pod features work well, as does the regular brewer. Both offer multiple sizes and brew quickly. The best I can give this is 2 stars. Would not recommend.

Awesome coffee maker. I’m the mornings I make a full pot for the wife and I, finish off my thermos. Afternoon or evening, just pop in a KCup

We have been happy with the coffee brewed using the Keurig K-Duo, however brewing/noise is rather loud. Also, it was difficult to find a water filter starter kit. Had to order. Disappointed that it was not included with the Brewer.

this is good, I bought one two years ago for my mom and it stopped working almost two years to the day. she does like it so I got her an identical one. Hopefully the first one was just not made well. so far so good on this one

Let me start by saying I am not a coffee person, the only coffee I drink is cuban coffee made old school on the burner. My husband on the other hand is super pleased with this, since he can make a personal cup of coffee using the k cups and coffee for everyone using the american coffee normal side. The person who loved it the most is my teenager, she makes tea, and even got my husband into trying different kinds of tea with this. My little one and I are happy to make the k cup hot chocolate. Easy to clean and very good quality. Can't wait to see what else they sell for this.

Only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is the dribble down the front of the carafe when you poor is a lil annoying but overall this things a work horse

I really like the ease of use and having both features of using K-cups and brewing a pot full.

Great coffee maker. What I really like is that in the mornings I can make the one cup and easy cleanup. On the weekends I can make the pot and drink it all day.

Using this twice as much as a regular coffee maker

This coffee maker is awesome. It works very nice and fast. And you may use granulated coffee or the pots. We use in a family reunion and all my family was surprised when we made the coffee for the desert time. Beautiful.

Makes good coffee, the k-cup side is fine, but the carafe is poorly designed and dribbles coffee down the side of the carafe no matter how carefully poured. To Keurig's credit, when I called customer service they sent another carafe right away, but it was exactly the same with exactly the same problems. Keurig has known about this problem for quite some time. Why don't they just redesign the carafe? I spent a lot on this coffee maker and am very disappointed. I'll choose a different brand next time.

After having many different coffee makers over the years, this one fits our “I prefer grab and go and wife prefers pot brewed” this is the best yet!!!
