Was very easy to set up. Like that I’m able to put a timer on for my morning coffee.

Bought to replace single use Keurig. Great price and nice having the option to brew grounds!

This combination Keurig works equally well for single cups and for a pit/carafe. It makes great coffee every time.

I was out of town on a weekend family trip at a river house and they had this product there and I thought it was so fun that you had two options on how to make your coffee. A week or two later I decided I needed to get a new coffee maker and this one came up online on sale and I knew I had to have it! It’s perfect for me as a single person but also I’ll be able to serve guests when I have company! It works great and I love the way the coffee stops and does not have residual dripping.

Works great. Like the convenience of the Duo Coffee options. Only reasons I didn’t give 5 stars is that we had to go online and purchase water filter attachment, a reusable carafe filter and a reusable k-cup filter separately! This product is still plastic and has slightly visible flaws (as most products do) and the 3 items I mentioned should have been included in the box. As it stands, we had to pay about $50 for them!! Tsk, tsk!!!!!

I ordered this online and it came on the expected date. I like it because it gives you both options without taking up counter space.

Easy peasy to use. Took no time to get it all ready and set up. Using the timer is easy too just follow directions the first time and go.

After a really bad experience with another high rated dual coffee maker I did some research and settled on this Keurig. Just wished it had the strong option for brewing a full pot instead of just for a pod. I just add a little extra coffee to brew a pot. That being said, I am very happy with my Keurig and would recommend it to anyone looking for a dual coffee maker.

Best of both worlds. When it’s just you - use the single serve. When it’s both husband and wife use the coffee pot method. Great value.

I have used other dual coffee makers and they caused the K-cups to explode. This coffee maker maker makes great pots and single serves. Highly recommend.

Love this coffee machine! All you do is make sure you have water in the reservoir and the rest is easy. Turn it on, choose the carafe or pod button and select the number of ounces or cups and press start. The coffee is hot and it does not take long to brew and dispense. I like the fact that you don't have to fill the reservoir to the correct water level like you do in other machines. This coffee maker automatically dispenses the correct amount for you!
