My only complaint is that the carafe is not perfect in terms of pouring (some accidental drips) but definitely not a deal killer. Very happy with this product!

I believe that the mechanism for the pod side of the machine reduces the stress on the structure and is more robust. This is my third Kurig machine since their release and i am not disappointed.

All you do is make sure you have water in the reservoir and the rest is easy. Turn it on, choose the carafe or pod button and select the number of ounces or cups and press start. The coffee is hot and it does not take long to brew and dispense. I like the fact that you don't have to fill the reservoir to the correct water level like you do in other machines. This coffee maker automatically dispenses the correct amount for you!
