Customers express satisfaction with the K-Duo 12-Cup Coffee Maker and Single Serve K-Cup Brewer's coffee quality, ease of use, and compact size. Many appreciate the convenience of the single-serve option and the machine's attractive design. While some find the water reservoir smaller than expected and the brewing process somewhat noisy, the positive feedback on brewing quality and ease of use outweighs these concerns. The overall value for the price is also frequently praised.

I purchased this during a recent sale. I was looking to get the best of both worlds - single-serve coffee and a carafe. This definitely fits the bill! The pod side works as expected and the carafe side works even better than my old Mr. Coffee machine! One tip that I can pass on is that I use filtered water from vending machines. I have rarely have had any problems using that water in machines such as this in comparison with using tap water or even mountain spring bottled water.
Are there drawbacks? Yes - starting with how big this is. This will take up a lot of counter space, so be warned. I ended up buying a utility rack/cart to put this on. While you could buy the K-Duo Plus to have a smaller footprint, the price I got on this one was too good to pass up. Also, I find it strange that many Keurigs (including this one) asks for more water when there still is some in the reservoir and the internal tank. Which brings up another question - how do you empty the internal tank? I might want to do so if I don't plan on using the machine for a period of time, but there is no obvious way to do so for this model.
Overall, this is a great machine if you are looking for both features!

My wife loves the single serve while I love to make a pot of coffee. This definitely served both of our needs. There’s even an option for it to make a pot of coffee at a certain time so it’s ready for you when you wake up!

I was replacing a Keurig that gave out. I love that you can brew a pot and still have the potion of brewing a cup. It has a timer so you can set up that morning pot. I didn’t have that feature with my last pot. It even lets you get a strong brew if you want it. Love the color and that it’s compact enough to sit on top of pod drawer in my kitchen. Definitely got it at good price.

Works great, love having the ability to make a pot or individual coffee. Looks great on my counter. I’ve had this for over a year and have not had any issues. Got this on a Daily deal.

Only had for about 10 weeks but great so far. We'll see how it holds up after a year--we use often but clean regularly, but we're on our third Keurig in 3.5 years...
Easy to use, brews a great cup or carafe. Worked great with our reusable K-Cup adapter.

It’s a Keurig and it does do the job of f brewing a pretty decent cup of coffee. Coming from an older Elite series when that one finally but the dust after a few years, I find this model in a love/hate relationship. It seems that I always get stuck with filling the darn thing so it was pleasant to find that the capacity was the same but in a friendly form factor for filling from the fridge. The drawback is that the reservoir is on the back of the unit so it is a little more effort to take it off to fill it. Secondly, the button placement to brew a single serve requires the same dexterity as a concert pianist. Select K-cup, select strong, select cup size, and then hit brew. It’s all over the place. Also, as others have said, the printing on the pot is in the wrong side. Not that you can get more than a six cup brew and an 8 oz single serve prior to the water running out.

The Keurig Duo Coffee Machine is a versatile and convenient brewing system that caters to both single-serve pod coffee and carafe brewing. Its compact design and user-friendly interface make it a great addition to any kitchen. The ability to brew a single cup or a larger pot offers versatility for various coffee needs. However, some users may find the coffee from pods lacking in customization compared to other brewing methods. Overall, it's an excellent choice for those seeking a flexible and easy-to-use coffee maker that accommodates both individual servings and larger batches. Squirtle

There isn’t a whole lot wrong with it, so i’ll keep it short with my little nit picks.
1. Does not allow you to make a pot with K-cups. They make money off of you buying the pods, so obviously you can’t use one pod to make anything in the pot. I’ve found that one pod will faithfully make 2-3 GOOD cups of coffee.
2. One time, it refused to dispense water. With a full container and a fresh pod in it, it would heat the water up and never push any water out. I had to unplug it, wait an hour, plug it back in, and THEN it decided to make coffee. I still cant figure out why it did this, but in an early morning rush to make a cup it was annoying.
3. It’s slow. Sort of. Definitely faster than the cheaper models, but this one needs around 80-90 seconds per cup of coffee. I’ve used their K-supreme model and it literally is 20 seconds…. Seems like something that could easily be improved but they decided to cheap out

We bought this to replace our previous Keurig-K-Duo 12 Cup Coffee Maker and Single Serve K-Cup Brewer. We are disappointed to see that the water reservoir is not clearly marked in black as the replaced same older model. The carafe works a little better in that no spill occurs when pouring. The older model had issues if you tried to pour too quickly coffee would drip down the pot rather than into your cup. Everything works fine, I would have given 5 stars if the lettering on the reservoir was in black rather than just etched lettering in the plastic.

I just received this late yesterday. It took just a few minutes to get everything programmed. Very easy. And this morning we woke up to a nice pot freshly brewed coffee. The single cup side works great and is quicker than the old Keurig. It has a lower profile than my other Keurig so looks nice on the counter.

Very happy with my new Keurig K Duo Coffee Maker with its
Single Serve Brewer. It's very nice looking, easy to clean, efficient and easy to use. I love the ability to brew a full pot of coffee when the occasion calls for it and I love my two single-serves each morning. To have them both in the same appliance is "genius."

Excellent coffee maker! Easy to clean, easy to use, and well worth the price! The single tank solution for both the carafe and single cup is incredible! Our old coffee maker used individual spaces for each size and that led to a clunky, dirty mess when trying to use whichever was not regularly used, but Keurig got this down! The single water tank makes choosing the size coffee you are looking to make as easy as selecting it from the controls! Cleaning the tank is very easy, as it it big enough to actually fit your hand and cleaning utensils in the tank to prevent build ups. It is pricier than the competition, but it is absolutely worth it! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a solid, flexible, and reliable coffee maker to make their morning!

Quick and easy to use. Awesome clean look. Short enough to sit on our counter and slide underneath the overhead cabinets. Can make one cup or one pot, and choose the size of each (oz).

Fast to brew but have to buy the water filter separately. The water reservoir is in the back so a little hard to access- I just use a pitcher to fill instead of removing. Extremely easy to clean.

I am glad Keurig finally has a dual coffee maker! The single serve is great for the weekdays when I am on the go. The carafe is nice on the weekends or when guests are over. I wish that the warmer would stay on longer than 2 hours though. That is the only downside. However, you can turn it back on by holding the carafe button a few seconds.

I'm a diehard keurig fan and have used the single cup makers for years. So, when i found out about the duo maker i just had to try it out. The option to have a full pot of coffee when entertaining is great but, when it's just one cup for myself...I love the options. Keurig has stayed true to it's core in delivering a very consistent tasting cup of coffee whichever way you brew!

I like this particular model because I am able to quickly brew a cup of coffee for myself on the daily, but then have the convenience of brewing a large pot for when we have company over. Easy to use as always with K.
