I mostly use the cup option and I have my coffee ready in less than 5 minutes. It was definitely a bit of a challenge to learn how to work it in the beginning but the booklet helped out with that! The carafe also works great and incredibly fast. My only wish is that it had a smaller coffee cup option since it starts at 6. However, my fix for that is to limit the amount of water in the reservoir.

I can get multiple cups of k-cups without having to fill the water tank which is awesome. And its very convenient to have the coffee pot option when having people over. Overall great product
