Much easier to just get a pitcher and pour the water in than to wrestle getting the filled tank back in place without spilling it. Also, I wish it came with an insert for the single-cup side so you can use your own coffee instead of those ecologically wasteful pods. I know you can buy the insert separately and I may do that.

Nice coffee maker with both carafe and single cup

One thing I wasn’t happy about is that they don’t include water filter or any reusable single cup or any sample filters. I was disappointed to see none is included in the $200 price which I bought for $50 off from BestBuy.
