Customers are saying
Customers express satisfaction with the K-Duo 12-Cup Coffee Maker and Single Serve K-Cup Brewer's coffee quality, ease of use, and compact size. Many appreciate the convenience of the single-serve option and the machine's attractive design. While some find the water reservoir smaller than expected and the brewing process somewhat noisy, the positive feedback on brewing quality and ease of use outweighs these concerns. The overall value for the price is also frequently praised.

Myself and company
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like this particular model because I am able to quickly brew a cup of coffee for myself on the daily, but then have the convenience of brewing a large pot for when we have company over. Easy to use as always with K.

the convenience of 2 in 1
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to reduce the counter space my coffee makers took. I had a drip maker, a K-cup, and a Nespresso all lined up! of course the Nespresso is still here, but now the drip machine and Keurig are in one - much better! The K-cup part works as expected; the drip part, i have a few issues: the machine does not come with a filter insert, you have to buy that separately, but it does not say that on the box, and you can't brew your first pot without it. Bummer. Also the minimum quantity of drip coffee you can make is 6 cups, my old Cuisinart had a setting for 1-4 cups which I used all the time. I've figured out what to do to make less than 6 cups but it's a bit of a hassle (turn off the machine manually, then restart the hot plate to keep that second cup hot when I need it). Other reviewers mentioned that pouring out of the carafe is tricky, I have not observed that, seems fine. Overall I gave it 4 stars because of the lack of filter insert and the 6 cup minimum.

Wow! What a great purchase!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely LOVE this new Keurig. First of all, the coffee is great from both the regular drip coffee and the Keurig single cup. On top of that, it is soooo....... easy to use. Of course, to top that all off, it is a real space saver on the counter.

You won't be disappointed.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace another brand with the similar features because I got tired of fighting with the other brand. I am so glad that I did too. It was simple to set up and use, nearly a plug and play type operation. Makes great coffee too.

Best of the duo line up.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ease of use, simple user friendly design, and the ability to brew a pot at the same time as you brew a single serve. Even better, both brewing types pull water from a single resivor on the back of the machine. Best Keurig that I have owned to date!

A coffee maker which was exactly what we needed.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like having both carafe and single serve coffee portions. In the morning, I make a carafe of coffee, but later on during the day I will just make a cup - 6 ounces which is the perfect amount, The operating instructions could be improved however. Thank goodness for YouTube videos. It took me several attempts to get the sequencing down - but once I figured it out, then the machine was easy to use.

My favorite model yet!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We use this everyday. The single serve works great and the pot makes it taste amazing. The model is easy to use and easy to clean. Some people complain about things breaking but I believe its due to how the maintain it. As long as you take care of it, it will take care of your caffeine needs! We bought this on sale as the full price seems a bit much, but if it never dropped in price it still is a great model.

Nice dual coffee maker, comfortable recommending
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only in use for a week, but so far so good. The instructions for preparing the machine for its first use are pretty detailed and easy to follow. The carafe pours well with no dripping, but the lid can swing open while pouring the last of the pot. The water reservoir seems easy enough to remove when necessary and fill is line is easy to see if you see from the left side. Coffee taste is fine. The brew time and sound is a bit longer and louder, but not a big deal unless you are just standing over it to watch it brew. The covers are light weight and seem flimsier than our old cuisinart, but as long as you aren't aggressive with it, I can't see it being broken easily. I would recommend it based on the limited experience we have had with it.

Best of both worlds
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife and I have been longtime keurig users and this will be our third keurig machine that we’ve owned. As expected, it works flawlessly and gives us the flexibility of brewing a full carafe or using our traditional k-cups. The biggest “complaints” I have are in regards to the water reservoir. First, this model does not come with the short stem for the carbon water filter but does have the ability to attach one. So you have to buy that from a third party if you want to refill with tap water. Second, the reservoir is too small. I’m drinking one cup a day and between the two of us we’re refilling the reservoir at least every other day. It isn’t the end of the world but it is a minor inconvenience to have to refill it so frequently. Unfortunately all of the keurig models have gotten smaller reservoirs over the years.

Good machine, still a few kinks to work out.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great! Good coffee. Having the ability to make coffee via a full 12 cup carafe or pod is very handy. Cons: smaller water reservoir than other keurigs, can't set a recurring schedule for the carafe (has to be set every day), the carafe heat plate only stays on for 2 hours. I drink coffee for roughly 4-5 hours so I end up having to cycle the machine off/on to keep the coffee hot.
