    It works great, just to many steps to make 1 cup of coffee. Turn it back on (because it shuts off before you finish your first cup) then select pod or carafe, then select size, and finally hit start... then wait for it to warm and then brew.

    Bought this for my wife as she works from home (3) days a week. She always liked our single serve Keurig, but missed being able to brew a pot of coffee like we did before the Keurig entered our household. Like the big water reservoir on the back and the heat cycles are quick and efficient.

    This multi person use coffee maker is the perfect item for this house hold. Mornings are much more enjoyable when your able to share these moments together without missing a beat. Adjustable K=Cup brewer along with 12-Cup coffee pot maker, just can't go wrong.

    Nice brewer - I like the convenience of making a full pot or single cup & the coffee is steamy hot! It doesn't have the option to stay powered on full time like my old brewer did (this one auto shuts off after 5 mins). Nice energy saving feature but can be a bit of an inconvenience IMO. It powers up quickly though.
