Works great! Good coffee. Having the ability to make coffee via a full 12 cup carafe or pod is very handy. Cons: smaller water reservoir than other keurigs, can't set a recurring schedule for the carafe (has to be set every day), the carafe heat plate only stays on for 2 hours. I drink coffee for roughly 4-5 hours so I end up having to cycle the machine off/on to keep the coffee hot.

I bought this item to replace two separate appliances and it has been a good decision. Both sides work well and it is user friendly to operate. I actually bought one for my mother then a few weeks later went back and bought one for myself I liked it so much.

Have not used the carafe, but the K-cup is used daily by both my husband and daughter. They both love how fast it brews and that the water tank is does not require filling after every use. It is a little large on counter, and is loud for about 30 seconds. I don’t drink coffee, and this is our first non-carafe brewer, so cannot compare to other machines. But as far as we know, it is perfect!

I love this new this new coffee maker. I have a pot and a K-cup all in one. It looks great on my counter. The coffee tastes great also. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The one device saves the space of two different machines. Love it. Best Buy had the best price as well.

This coffee maker exceeded our expectations. It gives you the automatic pot of coffee in a carafe that keeps it hot for hours, or you can make a single use coffee in 4 sizes. It’s slim and takes up less counter space there our a previous standard Keurig. The water tank is tall and slender and can be moved to either side or the back. They thought of everything!

This is the best coffee maker. Gives you a full brew to share or the convenience of just one amazing hot cup of coffee. I love the filter in the one cup option to make teas as well.

This was a Christmas gift so we haven't been using it for long, but so far so good! Easy to use, very customizable brew options, and for a larger unit it really doesn't take up as much room as I though it would. Easy transaction on Best Buy's website, FAST shipping, and follow up/confirmation email from Best Buy!

Very easy to use once you learn what each button does. I like the convenience of being able to use both the carafe and the pods for single use scenarios.

This thing is amazing!!!! Where you like a single serving or make a big batch for you or your family. Beacusr common on, sometimes you need more than one and dont want to wait to change and wait to brew a new one. And its nice because you get to drink your favorite coffee without been stuck the the K-cups offerings.

I purchased this for my wife for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. The dual set up lets you brew a pot of coffee if you’re not in a hurry and the kcup brew lets you make a quick cup if you’re in a hurry to get out the door. Has been fantastic so far. I was able to get this on sale at Christmas for $100, which is a great price for this unit.

Straight up awesome. I’ve always appreciated the convenience of the K Cups but never owned a Keurig because my wife and I are adults and drink real amounts of coffee in the morning. This is perfect because it has both options and let’s you select the volume on both carafe and K-cup settings. Also unlike a lot of the single cup makers I’ve used you just turn it on, select mode/size, and hit go, and it pours as soon as the water is hot vs having to wait to select your size. There is a “strong” setting too which is basically just a slow drip but I like it as I feel most of the K-cups are a little weak. I normally drink coffee in the mornings and I’m done, but with the K-cups I can get a little jolt mid day if I need it or it’s really handy for making hot tea or cocoa (I’m a grown child). Last, as a bonus the thing just looks nice and feels well made. Double bonus I got the idea because my in-laws have one but I hated how their carafe always had a little drip after your pour, but ours is about 6 months newer and the spout looks different so it looks like the nerds at Keurig fixed that one. Buy it, and if it’s on deal of the day don’t even question buying it.

I really like the product, but wish that it had come with reusable filters like the model from a different brand I bought before. As both the machines were almost the same price, the addition of a reuseable pod filter, basket filter, and filters for the water reservoirs was a nice touch on the last machine. That being said, this model seems to work fast, and work well. I also appreciate the design of the buttons and the simplicity of use. As a visually impaired person, I find the layout easy to memorize and use without assistance. Overall a great machine which seems to fit my needs and work well.

This is a very versatile coffee maker. It is easy to use and, can brew several different one-cup sizes as well as full pot of coffee. Heats up quickly and has large water reservoir. Definitely recommend it.

Great purchase. Having the option of single cup or pot is absolutely worth it. Fairly priced and easy to use. The reservoir holds enough water to keep from having to refill it so often.

This coffee maker is awesome. I always wanted a Keurig but was disappointed with the one cup at a time only aspect of it. But this has single cup and a carafe, brew 6-8-10-12 cups in the carafe or brew 6-8-10-12 oz with single cup. It also has an auto timer for the whole pot and also a strong brew button for the singles.

I absolutely love my new Keurig. This coffee maker is ideal if you're a simple coffee drinker. Nothing fancy yet up to date and with the ability to make yourself a single cup or a carafe to share!!!!! I love this combo! Now that I work from home, I can make a whole pot of coffee. And if I want an extra cup, I can have that, too. It is very easy to use - did not need to read the instructions to figure it out. Itlooks good on my countertop.
