The controls are basic, not complicated like others. The ability to turn warmer back on after automatically shutting off after 2 hours is nice. And of course the standard k-cup dispenser is the best. Only wish is that we could use the k-cup while the carafe is brewing, but good lesson in patience! haha

The only wish: That we could disable the "auto-off" function so it didn't shut off after 2 hours. There are other Keurig models that apparently allow that to be disabled, but not this one.

My family drinks too much coffee to use pods, too expensive, so this keurig works best for us.
