The only downside is that the smallest amount of coffee you can brew in the coffee maker side is 6 cups, so this isn’t very convenient if you want to brew say, just one mug. You’ll have to use the Keurig cup side for single servings.

I LOVE the option to make one k cup of decaf at night but a full pot for the family in the mornings. My only slight complaint is the coffee in the pot doesn’t stay super hot for a long period of time but with all the other perks I definitely don’t mind it.

I didn't buy warranty from Best buy but i used keurig 1 year warranty, they replaced easy after try many steps to work. Beside of this always get great coffee.

This is a no frills coffee maker. My only actual complaint is that the screen faces straight up which is stupid. I have it on my countertop and you can read the display unless you pull it out towards you and stand over it.
