The individual side does turn off automatically pretty quickly which is annoying but I just need to read how to change that.

Posted .Thanks for reviewing your K-Duo! To turn on the warming plate, press and hold the Carafe button for three seconds. The warming plate will stay on for another two hours. We hope this helps!

When using the k cups it spues coffee from the sides. The cup sizes are accurate, the strength of the brew is good, but i didn't notice a large differencev when using the strong brew button. Over all pleased.

Keurig-K Single-Serve&Carafe Coffee Maker is great

When company is over more can be made to serve quicker and making one cup when you have a pot brewed and need one cup of another brand works great with this unit. Auto timer also makes it possible to wake up to fresh coffee. I love it!
