Customers are saying
Customers express satisfaction with the K-Duo 12-Cup Coffee Maker and Single Serve K-Cup Brewer's coffee quality, ease of use, and compact size. Many appreciate the convenience of the single-serve option and the machine's attractive design. While some find the water reservoir smaller than expected and the brewing process somewhat noisy, the positive feedback on brewing quality and ease of use outweighs these concerns. The overall value for the price is also frequently praised.

Versatile Machine
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So, I was looking for a coffee pot that would allow me to do single cups or a full carafe when the opportunity required, and I found the Keurig K Duo here. I’ve had Keurig machines before and was a bit hesitant because the ones I’ve had in the past seemed to go bad on me after a year or so. This one has held up pretty well so far. If you like the K Cup options out there then it’s nice to have the ability to brew the single cups. However, if you host or just like to have the regular brew coffee that you buy from the grocery store, than this is a good choice for you. It has a pretty large water tank so you don’t have to change it every time you brew. You also can set an automatic timer for the carafe if you like to have your coffee waiting for you in the morning. I really have no complaints on this machine. It does exactly what it says it does and it is affordable.

Best of both forms of brewing
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Get best of both forms of bewing. I live in a household where I am the only coffee drinker so the single cup option is great. But if my extended coffee drinking family comes over I can brew a whole pot. No need for 2 appliances. Very happy with purchase.

Great, great, great!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Makes a great single serve cup of coffee — brew comes out nice and STEAMING hot — hotter than my previous Keurig. Carafe brews a good, hot pot of coffee, too — great for groups, and you can re-heat the pot just by pressing and holding the carafe button on the top. It would be nice if the LED display with the clock was tilted and elevated toward the front of the device so users can see it without looking directly over the coffee maker. Also, despite the marketing photos (and the picture on the box), this coffee maker does not come with a measuring scoop — but, hey, you're probably going to grab a big spoon out of the drawer anyway, so you won't miss it. If you're trying to decide between this and another Keurig maker, go with this one. You won't regret it.

Great dual coffee maker!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Being able to use K-Cups for single serving and a regular coffee maker to make a batch for when guests are over is great! Easy to use and set up. The water tank is removable to make filling it up easy, mine did leak once, might have been me not placing it in all the way since I’ve only noticed it once

Convenient
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have only owned it for a month or so, but so far so good. Both sides work great so far. Nice to have a carafe In the morning and then a single cup in the afternoon. Very convenient. Nice that both sides use the same water reservoir but I wish the reservoir was a little larger.

Happy wife, Happy life.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. It is so simple to use and by having the capability to make both individual cups and carafes, it come in very handy when company is over. She is so glad to have the many pod flavors for something different everyday.

Great machine; one visual issue re: heating elemen
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We love the Keurig K-Duo 12-cup Coffee Make and K-Cup Brewer. It works very well and we like the convenience of being able to make one cup of our own home-roasted coffee with an insert to the K-Cup Brewer too! We absolutely love that, unlike our previous coffee maker, the carafe doesn't drip all over the counter! While it would be great if the "strong" option worked with the coffee pot too, we are coping. My only complaint is that, after a little over a month of use, the black coating on the heating element is peeling off. It doesn't impact function; it is just unsightly. Any suggestions as to why this is happening? Is this a quality control issue you can correct in the future?

Great find!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After several weeks and MANY cups of coffee using both single and carafe, this has been one of our best purchases in years. Easy to use, and coffee great (as long as you start with good coffee!). And price was same as single serve model!

Perfect his and hers machine
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our regular Keurig broke recently and we've been using it haphazardly ever since. When this deal came up, it was the perfect surprise for my amazing wife. Now we can make my single cups and make her an entire pot to take to work! It works great so far and we love it!

Good Pot, Once You Learn It's Secrets
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a little concerned at first when we began using this pot, because the coffee produced from the (purchased separately) refillable K cups was not great, and the Green Mountain, and similar widely available K cups that we have sampled elsewhere were not impressive. However, purchasing cups by Peets and Starbucks made a huge difference. Also we have to use a little more coffee in the brew pot than our previous appliance, but that's OK, it does make a good cup of coffee. We really enjoy the convenience of the K-Cup side, as well. Note to those who want to use the refillable cups - I ripped apart a used K cup. There is an miniature flat-bottomed filter in there, as well as a small plastic "screen." Together, these two elements slow down the brew to make a more robust brew.

Getting 2 in 1 saves counter space
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We were exposed to this model during a Disney World (DVC) vacation (at Boulder Ridge) which had this model in the room. Back at home, making k-cups, this is slower than our older k-supreme, but the coffee does taste better (2 strengths: normal and strong). It makes a good pot of coffee each morning too, and saves a lot of counter space versus 2 separate machines.

Gotta Love a Keurig
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have had this Keurig for well over a year and still love it. A great coffee maker!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this coffee maker! Is easy to use! Brews a pretty good cup of coffee! Love the Kcup side because I like flavored coffee and my husband doesn't, so we both get what we want. The pot side could brew a little hotter, other then that it's great!

quality and versatility
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Quality of product is displayed in the carafe pot and single serve. The dual use is what led me to buying it. Using is really easy for the single use or carafe. The glass pot is of quality glass. The presets meet all our different needs. I am enjoying its flexibility.

If I could change one thing….
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this coffee maker. It is fast, and coffee tastes clean and very good. But the one thing that I would change is the warmer. If I brew a full pot of coffee the warm does not stay in for very long and the rest of the coffee in the pot goes cold. I’m sorry, I’m not sure about everyone else but sometimes I like to have a pot of coffee in the morning and not a cup. But that is not feesable because it is cold by the time I go back to get another cup because the warmer does not stay in for very long. Other than that I have nothing but love for this keureg dou brewer.
