Best Keurig I’ve owned so far. I’ve owned several and this one is the fastest, as far as heating and brewing time. I don’t have to wait for it to heat before choosing my brew settings. I literally turn it on, insert a pod, select brew, and press start.

We have been using the single cup for individual, but having coffee pot option is perfect for company.

I love having the ability to make a full pot or just a cup without having 2 brewers. Works real well! I was surprised though that it didn't come with a filter. I had to purchase that separately afterwards. Never occurred to me to check for that because every Keurig I've purchased before came with one.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. Both sides work perfectly. I only wish the water reservoir held more. I've gifted a few of these to friends and family and we all love them!

I am so happy with my Keurig! When there are more than just me wanting coffee, I will make a pot. So far I am having fun with all the different flavors. It heats up in seconds. Has 6, 8, 10 or 12oz size cups. I have wanted a Keurig for so long, and couldn't resist with the deal I got.

Vert good quality dual coffee maker. Better than the older model. This one heat up K-Pod better and the control panel is easy and better. The size of the water container is smaller but has the same up to 12 oz of water as the older model.

Outstanding coffee maker. I like the option of being able to brew a cup or a pot. I also like the fact that the water reservoir is also used for a pot of coffee, so you don't have to fill it every time you are making a pot. I wish it held a little more water though as it's good for about a pot and a half of coffee. Not a big deal for me, as I only brew 6 cup pots usually. Only real complaint is that the burner doesn't get the pot really hot. And it shuts off after 2 hours.

I wanted a productive that allowed me to make a larger amount of coffee as well as smaller and this works perfectly for what I need.

Way better than my old one, bigger water tank used the pot on y once. but the auto shut and feature improvements make it well worth it

We enjoy the flexibility of having kcups or a pot of coffee whenever we fancy it. We also like the convenient large detachable water reservoir. The coffee choice selector took a little time to become acclamated to, but, we like the centralization of the controls.

Heats up the water super fast ! No waiting around for it to heat up, Has a really big water storage compartment so you dont need to fill it up as much as other coffee makers. Feels rugged and well made too, not cheap & plasticy. Keeps me going in the morning !

The item is ok but powers off too soon. It should have a timer to set power on/off. Hard to recommend.

Just bought this keurig k duo and we are loving it. We have had keurig ones in the past but liked the idea of making a pot of coffee too, So glad we purchased this one and got it on sale too! Don't hesitate...buy one and i am sure you will love it.

Went to get another brand, but decided to try this due to having to wait to have the other shipped. It’s works well, but like the other better.

Stopped to after 6 months, looks like water pump stoppedto work. I didn't buy warranty from Best buy but i used keurig 1 year warranty, they replaced easy after try many steps to work. Beside of this always get great coffee.

After using this coffee maker for a few weeks it seems to be pretty normal, I’ve owned both types of coffee makers and this one does a great job at both, it’s large reservoir is a big plus, so far so good, and of course I got the extended Geek warranty so just in case.

I bought this because of the duality for coffee and the alarm you can set for auto made coffee. I just forget to grab my coffee before leaving for the day.

Gifted to my parents. They had two coffee makers and they were able to replace it with this one. They absolutely love it. They can make A quick single serve coffee or an entire pot when the family is over. They loved the gift. Not to mention the simple and sleek design.
