I like Keurig products, and was wondering when the pioneers of single cup brews would catch up with their competitors and make a combo machine like this. Only complaint is, I feel the filter should be included rather than having to buy it separately! Because of that, they loose a star from me.

Works great. My only complaint is you can't make less then 6 cups for the pot but that's not too big of a deal.

I love this bad-boy!! I can make a carafe of coffee for my wife, then refill the reservoir, and brew myself a cup of tea. It's amazing. It will keep the coffee warm for 2 hours, even while brewing on the K-cup side.

It's an ok coffee maker, but for the price, I expected it to last longer. A few days ago, shortly after the 1 year warrany expired, it won't brew any more. I called customer service and they confirmed it's dead. So I will go back to purchasing another brand at less than half the price of this one. Their customer service is outsourced to some other country and it's hard to understand them.

Very nice! I love that it can do both the ground coffee and a Keurig k-cup at once! I personally like ground coffee and my boyfriend likes the easy K-cup option and now we have one that can do both and save counter space versus needing two separate products.

I don't drink coffee, but my wife sure does. For years it's been the standard 10 or 12 cup style, always pouring excess coffee out. Now she and others have the option single serving or 12 cup brewing for guests. Lots of different selections on coffee flavors too. Well worth the money.

really like the fact that i can make a pot of coffee or just a single cup, and it i done really quick

I love this coffee maker. I use it daily for my cup of coffee and occasionally for a pot for my friends.

It has been only 3 months and so far so good I like it, the only down side is that, it doesn't make strong coffee , even using the settings , i had the V cup machine before and that one used to work great.

Excellent product for single family or a large family

It's a Keurig, tried the ninja duo brew and was not a fan. So far so good. Makes coffee, can't complain. Machine is much quieter than my last one (ninja) that just beeped for everything.

Purchased this for the coffee maker for the dial brewing methods and have not been disappointed. We use the out feature more than we thought we would and single serve us great for works days. It takes a little longer to brew the pots but only by a couple minutes.

Coffee maker was bought for a birthday gift. Somehow there was two gifts of the same at the party and had to return it. This keurig was bought with the idea that it was going to be a great gift, i have a coffee maker different style but it makes great coffee.

I’ve bought and used more than 20 Keurig machines over the years for both business and personal use. The pod side of this duo machine is absurdly slow. I can brew 3 cups of coffee with my other machine before this K-Duo can complete one 12 oz cup. It’s so slow in fact that if you use certain aftermarket Pods they will rupture before the brew cycle completes. The paper seal on the pods eventually give under the pressure because they are wet for longer than manufacturers intended. Coffee grounds will then be all inside the machine, your cup and your teeth. Great idea for a Keurig machine, sadly a failure in its execution.

This is a nice compact tea and coffee maker. Use the K-cup for making a hot cup of joe when needed and use the carafe to brew tea. It would be perfect for the office also. Or you *could* make coffee in the carafe, but it is a very slow drip coffee maker.

This is a really great coffee maker individual cups as well as making a pot of coffee it works wonderfully the taste of the coffee is great we love it We did a lot of research and we made the right choice. And Best Buy had the best price.

Having the ability to make either a single cup or a pot in one coffee maker is the best of both worlds, the coffee comes out hot and the pot warming plate stays on for 2 hrs. It also takes the commonly available 8-12 cup filters, I feel this appliance is worth the money.
