They didn't know Keurig had a fresh grinds and k cup usage in one product. This was a perfect gift and much appreciated!

The best part is being able to turn it on, press all of your size and brew settings and walk away before it's even heated. Our old Keurig had to heat up before you could move forward.

It is so versatile with single cup and or a pot of coffee. The best part of this machine is that it has one water reservoir instead of two. Really well designed.

Being able to choose between one cup or a whole pot is great. I also like the water reservoir, no more trying to dump water into the coffee maker and spilling water all over.

The single pod coffee side is amazing. One down fall is you have to figure out which button to push for the carafe.

Yes it’s convenient to be able to use pods and ground coffee but this thing is huge and poorly designed. The water tank fills from the back making it awkward to fill no matter where you’ve stored this on the counter. The crafe heater shuts it self off and can’t be turned back on and the crate it’s self can not be poured without dripping. Seems rushed to market with little practical testing.

Now we don't have to pull out the big coffeepot during parties! Some people say it is a big unit, but it's not much bigger than our ancient Keurig that we replaced.

We love that we have options. And the automatic setting for the ground coffee is nice - you wake up & voila! Coffee is ready :)
