My husband and I absolutely love this coffee/kcup pot. It’s so convenient to have both options in one coffee machine. It’s quiet and doesn’t take up to much space on the counter top. Tried other combo pots, returned them, love this new one.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. I have had coffee maker and other name brands this is my first Keurig K-Duo and it's so convenient for a quick cup of Joe in the mornings or a full pot throughout the day.

We love our new Keurig Duo! It works perfectly and is so easy to operate. Most importantly, it makes great coffee whether you want a whole pot or just want to make a single cup using a coffee pod. We are extremely pleased!

We bought this in July of 2021 and have been using this regularly since then. This replaced years of using a competitor product made by Hamilton Beach. At the time, Keurig did not have a dual serve machine so we stayed with HB. Once the Keurig machine came out we decided to switch since who knows about coffee pods more than Keurig, right ? At first, we had to get used to the differences but soon grew to prefer this one. This machine can make more than one cup at a time in a row where previously with the HB we had to wait for 2-3 min before making a successive cup. All in all the Keurig has won us over and we will likely get another one when the time comes.

when it’s just one person you make phone calls when you have a card game or a dinner you can make a whole pot. You absolutely get the best of both worlds on this! And Keurig has always been a trusted brand. You can’t beat the quality for the price. This is the second one I bought for a Christmas gift, long line of clowns after I purchase, mine originally sang, bought three in total in less than a year.

It is very easy to use. It is very compact and I like the fact you can either make a pot of coffee or just make a cup. I like to try different flavors and I can buy K cups for that and regular coffee when I make a pot.

Work excellent! Has both of what I am in need of for the day. I can have either single cup or a whole pot of coffee.

Great buy on BBDoTD! Been using it for a week now and seems to work great! I gave it 4 stars because I think it’s a bit louder than our single cup Keurig and I don’t like that after use, it shuts off the power on its own. So when I want a cup of coffee, I have to push the power button then wait for it to warm up the water before I can get a cup. Doesn’t take long to warm, but I like the single cup Keurig for that fact. Also understand, but don’t like the way the full carafe heating unit has to be held for a few seconds for it to shut off. Maybe I’m old school, but I’d rather have a separate button that turns the heat unit on/off. The unit overall works really well and the price was amazing from Best Buy @ $99.

Been looking for a Keurig/Coffee maker for several years, but none had great reviews until I saw this one. Everything works fantastic with no issues. We did purchase the Water Filter, Gold Filter, and Refill Pods which all work with no issues. I have 2 small concerns, one being that the Coffee is not very hot (my opinion) when making a pot of Coffee, however the Keurig side is hotter. The second item is that it doesn’t come with a Water Filter or any starter paper filters, so make sure you purchase some prior to getting this. Other than these 2 concerns, we love it and purchased another for a Christmas gift.
