I love it and my mother uses it more than I do. I would buy it again and would also gift it.

I love the dual mode of choosing a single cup of brew or a large coffee pot. The water reservoir is great but does not heat the water instantly as a Bunn coffee pot does. So the brew time is longer.

So far it’s been a very good machine with single and multi cup options

I love the convenience of having both k-cup and regular pot of coffee available.... with the amount of plastic it is constructed out of the price likely could have been far lower.

Upgraded this from a single cup Keurig from 2017 and there was an obvious change in the taste in the coffee. Well worth the change!

We love it! We both drink coffee all day every day, but I don't mind heating it up, and he prefers a 'fresh' cup, so this is a win/win for us :) Pretty quick heat up process.

It’s a good option if you want the traditional drip coffee or K-cups.

Whether I make one cup or a pot of coffee the taste is consistent.

We were desperately in need of a new coffee maker. We used a ninja for a few years and it was nice but I am very excited to have a coffee maker that I can use either kcups or a carafe to brew with.

This simple device replaces a single keurig and another seperate Coffee maker. I like the reservoir filling aspect. And the duality of the product

We have a divided household so it was a pain having two coffee machines not to mention the amount of space they were taking up. I just love having both in one. The water container is just perfect and not bulky.

Got this after our single cup broke. So far so good. Its great havjng the iption of mutiple cups opposed to a single cup

Bought this for my mom and this is a really great coffe maker that also saves space, the k cups are really nice for the mornings and just making a cup of coffe for yourself and the coffe pot is really good for get togethers

i am glad that i can use my own coffee ground with regular filters when making a pot. i still enjoy k- cups individually but much more economical for larger get togethers

I moved to this from a Keurig 2 so that I could make a pot of coffee once in awhile. It works great but I wish the water reservoir was bigger, It does work great with my big coffee cups on the K-cup side.

"The lonely Pot" by Edward M Buy the k-cup and coffee pot combo, you'll be glad you did, don't you see. I mostly use the k-cup for my coffee, because it's a lot easier than making a pot would ever be.

Good coffee maker, strong and its worth every penny.

Love everything about this model except for two things: (1) For the price point, it the lever should be metal instead of plastic and (2) the coffee pot spout drips if you pour to fast.
