The only downside is that to make 12 cups usually requires 1 1/3 cups of grounds, which overflows in the machine. Never exceed 1 cup of grounds and you're good!

The single dispenser does have some issue on some extra hot water coming in, and not thru the K-Cup. Overall it has been working very well

It works really well for me and my family. When this one is wore out I'll purchase another one.

Having the option to make a pot has been nice. The options are easy to use and the fact that you can pull the pot out while brewing is great.

It is great to brew a single cup while you wait for the pot. However the reservoir does not use all the water and you can only get 10 cups per brew.
