Very easy to use & fast to brew. Just remember to turn it on first.

So easy to set up . Got it as a promotion gift for my friend who doesn’t drink as much coffee as I thought he did but it’s great and the auto setting is amazing. Might buy one for myself .

I must say I love it! Gave away my other coffee pot along with the Keurig coffee maker and got this combo.

This duo coffee maker is a great space saver! We don't have to have a separate coffee maker and a Keurig taking up space on the kitchen counter. This unit is the size of our old coffee maker.

Keurig K-Duo 12 cup Coffee Maker is great! Did have two separate coffee Makers to handle Keurig cups and for standard coffee. Love it combined. Saves so much room on the counter.

I love having both pod coffee maker and drip maker in one unit. This saves valuable space on my counter.

It's really hard to give this a fair review since my experience is tainted. Bought the new Keurig that punches 5 holes into the K-cup from QVC in October, by January, it was dead, along with almost everyone else on there that bought it as well. So, after my classic Keurig died in April, 2020 (Q usually has an outstanding version and price and it used to be worth the wait), and thus I waited to order. When that one died, I decided to come to Best Buy and find another. Unfortunately, I did not have the great experience this maker has provided to other purchasers. Mine had an electrical short somewhere which you could not only smell throughout the house, but you could taste it in the coffee as well. But, the main reason I disliked it was what I was concerned about prior to purchase anyway, burn possibility aside. The grounds for the coffee pot just are not brewed long enough for the grounds to actually provide flavor to the pot. Normally, I use 2 scoops per cup but with this machine, I had to use 3. That's normally because either the pot is dying, like in a percolator, or it just isn't brewing hot enough or long enough, like with this Keurig. So, I returned this and am getting a percolator, a water kettle, and the new French press makers with the filters and giving up my Keurig. I like the speed but like another reviewer said, your coffee is still going through a plastic tube in one of these and it WILL always affect the taste of the coffee, no matter how they try to make it BPA free, etc. You can't beat stainless steel and Best Buy has a great selection. Thanks too to Best Buy - probably the most outstanding company now for customer service and selection! I will be back to buy more items!

Works very good, and makes a great cup of brew. The carafe is terribly drippy.

We love our Keurig. This is our second one, after having our old one for 7 years. It was time for an upgraded model. This one is great for when you have visitors and don’t want to use up all your k-cups.

We needed a new coffee maker, and bought this when it was on sale at a great price. We love the fact that you have a choice of single cup or the multi cup pot.

This coffee maker has been ideal for what we need. Single cup for daily use and the 12-cup coffee maker for weekends or for when we have company.

Makes good tasting coffee. However, when using the carafe, the coffee starts to come through on the single cup side. I probably should complain; get an explanation.

Works well , keeps coffee hot , a little hard to set the timer on the coffee pot ..

Love the capability to have one brewer whether we want a cup or a pot. Brews a stronger cup than our old Keurig. Fits our needs perfectly.

Nice hybrid when 1 cup is not enough! The single dispenser does have some issue on some extra hot water coming in, and not thru the K-Cup. Overall it has been working very well

Bought this as a replacement but felt like it was a step down. This machine does not include a filter, a standby option and overall just simpler. There are cheaper Keurig models with more options.... Go with those

Best coffee pot ever! Highly suggest this. Traditional pot and keurig all in one!

Love love love this machine. The only downside is that to make 12 cups usually requires 1 1/3 cups of grounds, which overflows in the machine. Never exceed 1 cup of grounds and you're good!
