It works really well for me and my family. When this one is wore out I'll purchase another one.

It is great to brew a single cup while you wait for the pot. However the reservoir does not use all the water and you can only get 10 cups per brew.

Having the option to make a pot has been nice. The options are easy to use and the fact that you can pull the pot out while brewing is great.

The auto program more clear. An add more time to keep your coffee longer after it's done. It gives you only 2 hours after is done.

The carafe does leak at the top and we will be returning it for a new one.
