I wish the coffee could be at a higher temperature. The auto program more clear. An add more time to keep your coffee longer after it's done. It gives you only 2 hours after is done.

Excellent machine, can have the carafe auto-filled to a certain time in the morning and then kept hot, while people are able to use the single k-cup dispenser

Very flexible coffee maker. Love the convenience of single cup or pot.

We really like the convenience of having both the single serve cups or a pot of coffee in the morning. The carafe does leak at the top and we will be returning it for a new one.

Very easy to use & fast to brew. Just remember to turn it on first.

This is a great product for my wife and I. She only drinks 1 cup a day. I like 2 or more and must be strong. So I can make a pot for myself, while she uses the little pods.

I really like this coffee brewer. Except: The instructions for using the timer are misleading. One must first press the <on> button, THEN proceed with the steps to set the timer.

Works very good, and makes a great cup of brew. The carafe is terribly drippy.

This product works great! My only issue is that the Single Serve does not take the reusable cup. The lid won't close when I tried to use it. Otherwise this works just how I wanted.

Its nice being able to either do a pod or make a pot. The options of sizes and strength are geat too. Does a great job.

Really like the versatility, but, as the reviewers said, the coffee temperature, especially for the drip option, is something to be desired. It's ok for me, but my wife like's it hot!

The double feature of this coffee maker is great. You can make americanos for more than one person with the drip function and if you want your k-cup single coffee you can also do it.

It works great and I love the fact that my husband can make his strong black coffee while I can use the single k cup. The only downfall is that the carafe spills when serving coffee.

Made my wife very happy this past Christmas! She uses it constantly, and I can brew my ground coffee to boot. To top it off, you get that classic Kcup sound when it runs.

It's nice to be able to brew a pot, without burning through pods. My son and I both like coffee with our breakfast, so we'll brew a pot. My typically likes hot cocoa, so she'll throw a pod in.

Works well , keeps coffee hot , a little hard to set the timer on the coffee pot ..

I am most happy with my Keurig Duo. I have used both the K-cup and the regular coffee pot. I did purchase this on sale; however, not sure I would have tried it at the regular price.
