    Documentation is a little lacking. Doesn’t seem to get as hot as our previous Hamilton Beach unit, but it makes coffee. I like the removable reservoir.

    I like the compact size , fit just right on my coffee bar. Both the K cup and the 12 cups can be used at the same time. The twelve cups can be put on a timer and is very quiet and quick

    Great Coffeemaker only issue is the Carafe starts to Leak when pouring a cup of coffee. I pour it over the sink. The only flaw to this maker otherwise we love it

    This duo machine offers the best of both worlds. It gives a hot, fresh single cup of coffee as well as a pot of coffee when it’s needed. It’s simple to operate as well.
